Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center

Front desk area can be little more organized

Thank You

The shower also didn’t drain fast enough and water pooled at the bottom. I guess for the price it wasn’t bad but I’ll pay more to stay somewhere a little nicer next time.

Great place to stay customer service works hard to help with anything you need, very clean rooms. Great stay be back soon

Centrally located The room was humid and damp. The halls smell - like the carpet needs to be cleaned.

The property is centrally located - easy to get to other places in town. The staff was ok, but not welcoming. The room was subpar, and property tired, run down. The continental breakfast area was not clean.

Exceptional

The carpet in my room was wet, and my feet were disgusting after walking across the floor.

Great place! It's clean and well managed. There aren't as many places to charge phones and tablets and laptops as I'd like but overall, it's a great value!

Bad

Superb

Routine.

Nice area, kind staff, and had a great room. Nothing..

Hotel was filthy and outdated. We had a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke and pets. It flared my wife's allergies up. The carpet was stained with looked like pet urine stains. Ended up being a miserable stay. Nobody was ever at front desk, had to go find

Exceptional

I had put in the notes on Expedia that I needed a handicap room and when I got there, they didn’t have any. Not easy to get a refund on Expedia.
