Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta NW/Kennesaw

The lobby Size of room. I like the 1 bdrm

Exceptional

We stayed three nights while visiting family who live in town. The hotel room was large, spacious, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Each morning, the breakfast was amazing. On our last day, we left at 4 am to get our before Atanta traffic, and there was free hot coffee avaiable to us for the road. The coffee was great. I will return here when we visit family again.

Superb

Excellent hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The amenities, location and staff were wonderful throughout the entire stay. The breakfast area had a wide variety. The pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures; however, the pool area is well kept.

Good breakfast and clean rooms. Nice place to stay and close to everything.

Superb

Room was very nice. TV remote was missing so a trip to the front desk was required and they promptly handed us one. We liked the walking shower. Paying to park our car in a huge parking lot was annoying. No one asked for ou tag number or car info so how are they tracking who pays to park and who doesn’t. Should be part of reservation process.

Very clean, very friendly, could use some new beds and couch beds. Only downfall.

Nice and relaxing

Great and attentive staff, nice condition all around the facility. I’ll be staying again for sure

When trying to reach the front desk, the phone was always busy, and text messages to the number they provided at check-in were unanswered. It was a minor inconvenience, but it meant we had to leave the room to have our questions answered.

It was comfortable, quiet, well-furnished, etc. The accommodations were lovely and close to everything we needed during our stay. We ordered delivery for dinner, and there was no problem getting our meal on time. We were also able to delay check-out by one hour, which gave us time to change clothes before our next drive. We really enjoyed our stay. The gym was awesome and clean. Breakfast was always well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. While we were here for baseball, I would definitely come again with my family just for vacation. It was nice to have access to BBQs out back by the pool so we could bbq while the kids swim. Highly recommend.

Nothing $5 for water and $6 to park and fire alarm at 3am in the morning and refrigerator made noise all night See above

But this place is noisy - proximity to highway and to local and relatively busy road. Sound insulation even inside the hotel is poor; I heard my neighbors living across the corridor normal talking. So, if you like quietness then please look for some other hotels in the area. One last thing. Parking near hotel is not free. Not expensive, but.... This is some type of a joke considering a whole and free parking lots near the mall just across the road.

Surroundings of facility is okay

Nice and clean

Excellent stay awesome breakfast
