Tru By Hilton Atlanta NW Kennesaw

Strange setup, did not seem safe. Balcony was nice but chairs were covered with blind mosquitoes! Gross, spider eggs were everywhere . Otherwise lovely & great off-season price.

Everything was. Great !! Recommend

It was clean and comfortable. The bar on the premises was nice for some folks. Paying for the parking - give me a break. Also, it just seemed a little lame. Info was minimal at check-in. I had to ask about the breakfast - she didn't even mention it. There was water and coffee all the time, I guess, and a handful of caffeinated teabags (no herbal for night) and a couple of hot chocolates. They wanted you to go to the bar and pay, I'm sure.

Clean room. Its a loud area. No fault of the hotel, but you hear loud cars all night long.

Friendly staff, clean room and facilities All of the pillows were awful. Paid for parking in site (never had to do this at a Tru-if it was located within a city it would be understandable but this location is next to a mall….)

It was really nice. Super clean and lots of amenities Breakfast ended early and we missed it

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and staff was great!!

This was a great experience, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, and great amenities!

The staff is the star of this property. Extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The included breakfast was what you would expect, average but everything was plentiful. The only negative is having to pay for parking, didn’t like that.

I enjoyed the breakfast most of all 😁. Now that I've shared that I'd also like to say that the hotel accommodations along with the staff were awesome. It was my second time there and both occasions I was truly pleased with my stay. I can't wait to stay there at the Tru by Hilton Kennesaw in the near future.

The front desk clerk was pleasant when we first checked in. Later, we went to the lobby to get the pool table balls. Having things to do at the hotel was actually one of the reasons I chose this property—I try to make these trips a little more enjoyable for my daughter before her appointments. We stood at the desk waiting for over 15 minutes while the clerk was dealing with another guest, who appeared to be a military veteran, regarding paperwork for a tax exemption. I understand that hotel policies and proper documentation have to be followed, but the way the conversation was handled came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. When he finally got to us, he told us, “Oh, sorry, it closes in 10 minutes.” I explained that was fine and that we would make sure we were finished on time. While we played, he continued looking at his watch, which made us feel as though we were an inconvenience—even though we had just spent more than 15 minutes waiting at the desk. We played quietly, cleaned everything up, and returned the equipment right at 10:00. Had we been a group of loud kids causing problems, I could understand the concern. We weren't. We simply wanted

Overall, I'd recommend staying here. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything was great....................
