Baymont by Wyndham Kent/Seattle

The toilet in our room got blocked in the evening, but we had to wait until the morning for it to be fixed. We were offered another room, but we had two sleeping kids at the time and didn't want to move them along with all our unpacked luggage. Plunger arrived in the morning after a third phone call. The lobby toilets were also out of order. The staff were pleasant but didn't really offer any help nor any apologies.

The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work, the hot tub was colder than the pool, the floors of our room felt like the subfloor was rotting through, the bedding we got for the pullout couch for our kid was filthy with “mystery” stains, the only hot option for their “free” breakfast was the waffles, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke.

The furnishings were old and worn. Towels had to be requested daily. We ran out of Kleenex one day, and a new box was not provided for over a day. The breakfast was skimpy: two kinds of cold cereal, waffles, no decaffeinated coffee, no fresh fruit. Housekeeping seldom done: in a nine-night stay, the room was cleaned only twice.

women offering their body up for drugs and money. staff allowing homeless people to hang out and sleep in lobby. very poor management and very uncomfortable place to be. Dog poop in the hallways. never again

The room was very clean the beds were very comfortable we enjoyed are stay the staff was great easy to check in went very smooth

Room smelt like smoke. Opened window and turn fan on for hours hoping it would clear the air. We left it on while we were gone. Came back not a single thing changed. Asked staff if rooms could be changed for medical accommodations they said they couldn’t help. Had to go out and buy air fresheners which didn’t help all that much.

Everything was great except that the front desk forgot to give me my id back and I was staying there to catch an early morning flight. I am glad I noticed before my flight

My job required me to stay 2 extra days in town & the front desk extended the same room twice. That was very nice of them.

No eggs or fruit at breakfast, just waffles and toast and cereal. Front desk staff could be better trained in hospitality. The front desk didnt give a rundown of amenities so two guests were wondering around looking for ice. I was looking for coffee--none in the room or downstairs. Strong smell of cleaning products upon entering lobby.

Yes, the cleanliness of thw room, 4 day stay no room service. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly, something red on the grout and dirt/mold under tub and around tub area. The room itself was clean.

Had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex the first time then had to ask for conditioner that was empty. It felt like I went to the desk every day for something. Twice, they said we could come to the desk to get it. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything, very unsafe , bad odor in the room lots of noise, homeless camping in the back of our window hotel, VERY UNSAFE HOTEL WILL NOT RECOMENDED

No hot water for my shower
