Spark by Hilton - Kent, Seattle

The hotel is nice and modern. The breakfast was alright but could use some more protein options. They had hard-boiled eggs, bagels with optional toppings, cereals, yogurts, juices, and I believe a few more things like muffins and oatmeal stuff, etc. I was hoping for some type of meat for us carnivore-focused meals. Thanks for the nice stay, though, and enjoy the breakfast options!

Coffee this morning was lukewarm, but otherwise a pretty decent continental breakfast. Coffee in lobby was hotter. We would stay again.

I believe this property was remodeled a year or so ago. Just right for a couple of nights in the Seattle area.

When I got to the hotel I was told that they only had 1 bed rooms open. I had booked a 2 queen bed room. I had called earlier in the week to confirm my room was good and told it was. Then when I was told that I’d get a discount no one could tell me after asking twice in one day. At check out they still couldn’t tell me what my discount was going to be. Waiting to see if this discount is still going to happen.

Hallway and room stunk with cigarette odors. Really bad, especially with Hilton brand. Breakfast was much more limited than comparable hotels. Glad we only spent one night.

We absolutely loved our stay for visiting Seattle! Convenient location between the city and Mt. Rainier. Wished there was a microwave within our room but otherwise amazing stay.

Breakfast was good— especially liked the yogurt machine with ‘granola ‘ & craisins. Enjoyed being able to walk up & down the open stairs from 2nd floor for breakfast and coming & going. Location was great for me to visit a friend who lives in Kent. I did find the keyed entry to the breakfast area rather in convenient.

Clean room and nice staff

Elevator wasn't working and the front desk associate was entirely unhelpful and flabbergasted that after a long day of traveling across the country that we wouldn't be pleased being told that that we would have to carry up all our luggage by stairs to the 3rd floor without any assistance and existing back injuries. Their attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. So on top of no elevator, the ice maker was broken so I couldn't even have a nice cold drink after hauling all my luggage upstairs, exhausted and frustrated with the staff.

The interaction made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my impression of the hotel. I expect hotel staff to treat guests with courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again. Also there are. No microwaves in the rooms. The microwave is in the lobby for use.

The property and rooms are always clean. The ice machine on the third floor has been broken for months.

Nice, clean place. Worked out fine for our one night stay .

Nicely renovated rooms. Very clean. Staff were lovely.

This was the worst stay. Breakfast was essentially nothing and it was weird vibes. Hotel was super humid and musty.

Has convenient laundry room available 24/7.
