I’m a petite person and I found the half sized pillows ridiculously small. People need neck support and additional pillows under their knees for correct posture support. You cannot achieve that with half sized pillows. 5 star hotels in the Philippines offer full sized pillows plus several specialty pillows you can try out for comfort such as S-shaped pillows, etc. Hilton Hotels should provide normal sized pillows at a minimum.

Excellent. Harpeep, the front desk clerk was exceptional. So very welcoming and helpful. Quite expensive, compared to similar stays in the area at other times. But apparently there were a lot of things going on in the Seattle area this weekend, and all hotels were expensive and most were sold out.

The room was nice and comfortable. We weren’t offered water at check-in and the breakfast was disappointing (with 20 minutes of service left, they ran out of milk and juice, and what little eggs and potatoes were left were cold). Definitely safe, comfortable, clean and quiet, though.

There was nothing unique about the property. The breakfast was mediocre. The bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like that there were weeds in the parking lot and that there was no light for the vanity where I would brush my teeth and do my makeup. However the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and breakfast was really good.

The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet was the highlight - varied and well organized. Housekeeping needs improvement - we found some dust and the bathroom wasn't spotless on arrival. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

We loved this hotel and chose to stay longer. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. It was very easy to park and we enjoyed the breakfast with many options.

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve stayed and not bad on the price. Breakfast was ok. Consisted of precut eggs, chopped sausages, and red potatoes (they ran out of the potatoes and didn’t refill it.) The best part of breakfast was the waffles. There are other options as well. Bed was comfortable and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub after a long day. We will be staying again soon.

We booked at the last minute and were extremely pleased.

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and the breakfast was good but I wish they add turkey breakfast meats to the menu. Also, the breakfast area was very clean! We really appreciated the free parking, and there were plenty of parking spaces available! Thanks Hampton Inn and Suites, we look forward to returning someday soon!

Breakfast was average, clean rooms and pleasant staff

location is in a industrial area, so it's quite. a 10 -15 minute drive to airport. room was clean and nice, beds comfy. not much around as in restaurant or stores.
