Got there from the Seattle airport at 9:50 PM. It looked like it’s a boarding house hotel, several people with dogs running around in the hallways. I got the key went up to room 221 open the door and saw paper bags on the counter and the bed was unmade. It looked like somebody was in there. I shut the door went downstairs to tell the clerk, which was now a minute or two past ten o’clock and she was off duty. I had to make a phone call to get her to come back and I left the facility and got a refund. Can’t believe this is even listed on Hotels.com, which is where I booked it.

New room had same smell maybe worse. Plumbing didn't work. Asked for help was given a plunger and told to plunger it myself. Other problems too just dont have time to list Long-term residence live here so think about that

The room was alright. The staffs were helpful when I met them. There was very limit staffs after 11pm. On my first night checking in, there was no staff working at the front desk. The day manager had to come back to check the guests in from an iPad. The property was very old and not well kept at all. During my stay, as I was walking out from my room to the elevator, there was a guest letting his dog urinated near the elevator door. The staffs left it there to dry. No one was cleaning it. I would not come back here.

When I arrived at 9 pm I had reserved my room through Hotels.com and the people at the desk told me they didn't have a room for me. This was on a Thursday night. They explained that it was Hotels.com's fault and that things had gotten mixed up while they were learning a new computer system and half of the place was being turned into a Motel 6. I stood there and asked for clarification because what they were telling me didn't make sense. The woman behind the counter was very short tempered with me and my questions and eventually walked outside. The man behind the counter was doing everything in his power to sort out the room situation as they had turned away 3 other reservations before me for the same reason. While I was standing there multiple people came in and one guest kept asking them if they'd had anything to eat and was offering them food. It seems there is a community living there and they are looking out for each other which is great but it didn't feel safe. They eventually found me a room that wasn't occupied but there were no deadbolts on my door, one of the 2 elevators didn't work, and I had to sleep with my windows open because of the smell. I wouldn't recommend it to single female travelers.

Really bad and dirty place will never stay there again

Everything was fine until you take a closer look at things, walls were nasty either way cigarette stains. We moved the desk next to the bed and there were crumbs and ants underneath; ants near the window, ants in the bathroom. Beside thats things we’re fine amd to be expected for a this type of hotel

This by far was the worst... First my reservation could not be found even after explaining a marital name change...but when shown the reservation list I found it 3rd one down from top yet it still took my US Passport to get it done. Almost 40 minutes. Next I was sent to a 2nd floor room and when entering found it was still being used, towel on bath door which was wide open light on, tv on, kitchen stuff crumpled bedding, so went back down, waited thru 3 or 4 other resident needs then got a room on the first floor. No garbage cans? Half roll of t.p.? But I was leaving at 5am so it fit my need of a bed to sleep in. There was so much garbage in the parking lot, half eaten meals splattered here and there, wrappers, cig butts, personal garbage. Then then finally, when leaving a car sped up into the front door area..man got out, going thru something in the back seat, I went to give my room one last look, key card doesnt work, but a guy is coming out so I wait and the guy from the car says to me, you need free medical supplies, I turn to say no, and he has a giant size garbage bag full of stuff! When I returned to leave the property he had set them in the front door area with a sign Free! Actually it might be a valid gift for most of those staying there. Oh and only one door is accessible to enter from the outside..making parking your car in the back a bit difficult to load and unload. This one is never seeing me again.

Amazing place with amazing people. Care can be seen not just felt here. Choose this over other in my opinion.

The cleanliness needs to be seriously improved. There was trash in the hallway, in the stairwell, even in the elevator. I only saw 1 housekeeper on my floor. Don't know if they have outside maintenance or not, but that needed attention. The room was ok, at least it had a fridge and a microwave. Only good thing was the price that I had paid. Should've stayed at one of the other hotels along 84th Avenue South in Kent. I won't be going back there until it improves substantially.

Hotel staff was friendly Not 24 7 workers on site

Do not stay here! Filthy floors in communal areas, including chicken bones and pizza crusts in hallway outside the room I was assigned. I checked in and was assigned a room that had not been cleaned, the housekeeper cleaned it but it was still not clean. There was arguing in hallways, sketchy people inside and outside the hotel. It was advertised as a kitchen suite there were no supplies to use the kitchen and it wasn’t clean. I left before using the room and was refused a refund or any service recovery. Bottom line I did not feel safe staying here - inside or in surroundings neighborhood. I got and paid for another hotel for the night. Read reviews hotels.com this place should not be included in the site it’s a hell hole. Other reviews I read after arriving horrified me.

Great staff poor building management and no amenities for real

The problems started before she got inside. The property was hard to find because the signage was not on the street listed in the address. The area felt industrial, the parking lot was dark, and the people in and around the property made her feel unsafe. She checked in anyway because this was the room we had booked. The room was unacceptable. Even though it was supposedly a suite, there was not even a coffee maker or coffee. There was no washcloth or shower cap, so she called us to ask us to bring those items, because she was too scared to leave her room to go buy them. Then she realized there was no blanket on the bed. When she looked in a drawer for one, she found hair and filth. That was the last straw. I was embarrassed and upset that I had unknowingly sent my aging mother to a place where she felt unsafe and could not even sleep. When we learned what was happening, we told her to come back to our home and rearranged sleeping space for her. She was even afraid to check out because of the people she would have to pass. This was not acceptable lodging. She stayed zero nights, and I would like a refund. This is not the first time I have been really let down by an Expedia reservation, and I would not book this property again.

People here are like community, you will come and feel it. Just don't judge the book by the cover. Staff was more than Super helpful and accommodating. Be your best self and you will feel very welcomed. I am running out of good things to say. Just awesome staff and friendly guests all week.

By far, the worst place to stay in the greater Seattle area. Stay away if you have any dignity.
-
Place was okay clean but not to kept up. Had to ask for kitchen utensils as room had none. Also walls are very thin.
-
Chill location wasn’t in a busy area Didn’t like that I had to re clean my room once checking in and my toilet barley flushed.
