Absolutely nothing - bathroom unclean - Sketchy ash - Interior of elevator was damaged and extremely dirty - Whole 3rd floor????? Showed signs of breaking and entering and were caution taped - lots of people smoking in buildings - Stains on bed - Foul smell on 3rd and 4th floor - Uncomfortable and unsafe - Extremely loud after 12am - Noticeable stains in hallway carpet - Large groups loitering on hotel property -

I booked a stay at the motel 6 in kent washington, when my part and i arrived there were several illegal activites occuring once we got inside there was a rotting smell. After paying and contunine to our rooms they were not clean infact looked like they were being lived in or renovated. Half the rooms had plastic wrap and caution tape over the doors. (See picutres, from right when walking in the door.) The front desk lady didnt want to give us a refund as we now felt supper unsafe to stay there. That i had to get intouch of my 3rd party even tho i paid at the location not through the 3rd party. She finally gave a refund supposidly, and i had gone back inside to try to get a refund recpite and the general managers name. However the lady was super rude then continued to say it was on the website that she would not tell me ther managers name. She also said i would recive an email confirming the refund but have yet to get one. I was told it would take 30minues to 3 hours to get one, but now im almost 8 hours after this incident. I never got the refund and had to dispute it with my card company.

The Front desk staff was helpful In the 14 nights I stayed there, the Fire Alarm Sounded Off at 4am, had to evacuate both times. Outside temp was Low 50’s The rooms are noisy, you can hear activity happening outside, you can hear everything upstair residents are doing, the washer/dryers were broken during my first 8 nights. The hotel DID NOT appear the same as the pictures on the web, I won’t be staying there again.

Honestly room was okay, but the exterior and interior of the building were awful fool of floors being nit taking care .

The hotel room was extremely dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unacceptable. There were bags and belongings scattered everywhere, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepared for a guest. This was far below a reasonable hotel standard and made my stay very uncomfortable. I am requesting a full refund because the room was not in acceptable condition.

Smells like dog pee everywhere. They wouldn't let me use the AC so super hot unless I had window open but then just Smells like cigarettes and weed. Terrible place.

They have no hot water on site and there is active prostitution in the bulding. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was clean and well-stocked for us. Some of the furniture was worn, and some items were damaged. The floors require mopping. The small stove necessitates maintenance due to its dirty state. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. Parking was adequate; some areas also need attention. Dog waste was scattered, and trash was prevalent. The front desk requires maintenance, and the elevator was dirty and had an unpleasant odor.
