Clean room and comfortable beds

We found a roach in our closet. The jacuzzi wouldn’t warm up either. The hotel was decent aside from worrying about bugs once we found one in the closet

No compliants!!!!

No USB ports in the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Room was exactly what we saw in the photo neat and tidy. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. I would recommend people to go to Comfort Inn anytime.

The hotel staff to begin with was very friendly upon checking in the hotel was clean beautiful layout, the room was simple. Well put together everything that you would expect. The only thing is we got a handicap room and weren’t told of that, but it didn’t really affect anything. We didn’t get a chance to take part in any of the other amenities like the pool and gym, the breakfast was as expected for a hotel nothing fancy, but they did have make your own waffles, fresh coffee biscuits, fruit options, yogurt, options, cereal, and options to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which was great overall, it was an amazing experience. The parking lot was clean. Didn’t notice anybody loading around that shouldn’t have been, would definitely stay again. Oh and it’s really close to the airport about 10 to 15 minutes.

This is the second time we have stayed here! Both times, super clean and comfortable!

It was always clean and never heard of any noise in the nights

We got in late and they had our keys ready for us. Check in and check out was easy. Not the nicest hotel you’ve ever been to but definitely gets the job done for a quick stay.

The property was close to my destination, and all staff were friendly, professional, and very courteous.

This was an amazing stay, good staff always willing to help and amenities were perfect, for sure will return.

I was very happy that the room was indeed spacious and I didn't feel cramped, the AC worked, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the black out curtains made the room dark. We'll definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time we're over on the West side!

It was great, breakfast was always eggs, roasted potatoes, biscuits and gravy and low quality sausage but i still very much enjoyed it!
