Ramada by Wyndham Kent Seattle Area

Somebody was parked in the handicap parking without having a placard. The clock and 3/4 of the lights in the room did not work. I asked for a room on the ground floor since I was disabled. And he put me all the way across the hotel so I had to walk a long way. Which was very difficult for me to do. I will never stay here again. And I would never suggest it to anyone else. I also the pool and hot tub was closed. I was downstairs at 8:00 and there was no breakfast. Not a very good stay. Would not recommend.

Room was clean, except a couple walls had marks on them bathroom was clean, but the floor wasn’t level. The room had two entrances, and both were damaged in some way. Beds were definitely old and very cheap. I wasn’t happy with the price for what was offered, very disappointed.

we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food on it, the kitchenette the drawers was falling off, the refrigerator was nasty, the sink in the bathroom part of it had fell down into the cabinet, bathroom was dirty in general, the toilet lid looked like it had been peed on. the bedroom appeared to have at one time a connecting room, that wasn't closed good door knobs messed up and padlocks on it, I could have forced it open without much effort, the air had not been on in the room, even tho it was getting close to 3 am I could not stay another minute with the smell. so we left we told him the room is not acceptable. so we went a mile down the road and got a wonderful room cheaper than what they charged, I am still trying to get a refund! Oh and don't expect the hot tub and swimming pool listed in the add, it hasn't had water in it a very long time, I am attaching photos. zoom in ! I took them quickly and didnt even get the bed.

I wasn't there for two nights just one I don't understand why I didn't receive money back and also my deposit has yet to come back

Clean & good location. Nice staff. The fitness center was closed. I was on the second floor and the ice machine did not work so we had to go down to the first floor to get ice. The ice machine was out of ice on the second day that we were there. The temperature was 90 both days I was there. The breakfast was skimpy. There were only wheat 2 mini-bagels with no cream cheese. There was milk, but no cereal. No muffins or pastries just wheat toast or a mini bagel with butter & only grape jelly. They had coffee, but the only creamer available was 2-3 flavors of international delight. I prefer half-and-half. It would have been nice to have a non-hydrogenated oil option. There were oatmeal packets, but no hot water readily available. They did have a waffle station with butter and syrup available as well as two flavors of yogurt. This was the leanest breakfast center I have ever been to at a hotel that offered breakfast.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights. Do yourself a favor and get a top room. Pretty noisy when you have somebody above you.

The only thing nice about this motel is the lobby no water in the nasty pool or jacuzzi grounds haven't been upcept In years this place is bringing the brand name down to a new low the bed is a foam mattress from a box on top some kind flat box spring dorm size appliances and dollar tree shampoo conditioner and lotion

This place needs a major upgrade to the rooms. There are old fixtures, mold in the shower. The place looks like an old motel.

I was on the 2nd floor at the back of the facility. There was no way to use the cart to take all my luggage up to my room. I had to make many trips up stairs carrying everything. Very inconvenient.

The people were very pleasant and were eager to help. Everything was good I especially like the central location close to everything.

I stayed at this hotel before and didn't have the problems I had this time. Someone snuck in my room and changed certain maintenance type stuff, like the door lock and also switched the bathroom paper tissue wall unit. I let management know. Ive had this type of stuff happen before. Its an obvious situation that needs appropriate and careful resolution.My aftercare lotion was also misplaced, the manager was sorry and very helpful. Maybe its the soriety jerks!!!! Which makes no excuse, I really hope the place gets the upgrades and proper people to use the funding right without cutting corners. The Ramada name has a long reputation of being a very respected name.

Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.

Hair dryer didn’t work. Don’t like seeing exposed electrical wires with the plastic clips holding the said wires.

The staff was very helpful and professional, there is easy access for moving trucks with trailers. Pet walking is safe.

I found and killed 3 spiders and 2 other insects in the room. The microwave panel was falling off and the TV was crooked and looked like it would fall off the wall. Continental Breakfast was just just wheat toast and plain bagels, with yogurt and oatmeal available too. There was a make your own waffle station, but it didn't look very sanitary or appealing. The ice machine worked well but looked like it was going to tip over. Honestly, just a really sad state of upkeep and it was shocking seeing the Ramada name attached to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that about the only positive.
