It looked closer to a motel than a hotel. Staff was accommodating. The room had little natural light, a mysterious red stain on the carpet and a hole in the bedroom door. We didn’t expect much for the low price, our stay was alright.

It was surprisingly quiet and good location for food options. Our room was okay but bathroom needed TLC desperately. Tub was ild and shower fixtures were loose but we had good water pressure and great hot water . Only cups for coffee only two in room no cups for water. Breakfast was good but no gluten free options . Price was good and did help out as original booking had to be changed but it worked out. Place needs to be updated as it’s showing its age new paint and fixtures would be great and pool was empty hopefully it will be ready next summer

The rooms are not maintained, shower rods all loose bathroom need lots work. The bed had dirty pillow cover. Ice machine broke. Did not get sleep soon next to ours had people with loud music hitting on walls. People up all night.

The staffs are professional and respectful The morning breakfast is horrible, that needs to be changed

Area wasn’t well lit and many people were drinking in the parking lot. It felt unsafe. Room was cheap, but I still wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel had parking available which was useful. The check in process was alright and we had to pay a deposit upfront using the Ramada system.we had few people taking refunds after staying in this hotel when we were checking in but we still trusted that we will get a decent room for our stay.. The bed was broken with a metal rod protruding from the frame of the bed. Carpets were so untidy, dirty and unhygienic to say the least. I hurt my leg twice due to the protruding metal piece from the bed while we stayed.The bed linen was not clean. The gym was not working as it was closed due to repairs & the swimming pool was also closed for works unknown that wasn’t informed in the advt. The manager on shift in the morning during check out was not prepared to address any of our concerns and was not prepared to give a check out receipt. We needed proof for the deposit that was paid as the deposit was charged twice on our card..The manager was very rude and was not ready to even give a basic print out for the deposit paid.

Needs to be updated at there were lamps but no cell phone charger plugs

People doing noise all time,I ask for another room and the staff ignores my request

DO NOT STAY HERE - over priced and horrible location. Tv and amenities are outdated and could use a lot of help.

Inexpensive place to stay the night. There was a bug or two in the sink. You get what you pay for

Clean rooms, easy access, and staff were very helpful.

Room was alright, but smelled like chemicals. Had to have the window open most of our stay.

The staff was awesome. The property is pretty old definitely needs the renovation.
