Reviews
-
The rooms were very large and comfortable. Having the shuttle to downtown saved driving and very convenient. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all.
-
The room was cleaned the food was good there's no beach a man made beach with dirty water no working elevators
-
I liked it, but our suite didn't have a view of anything—and it certainly wasn't cheap.
-
El microwave estaba roto Los ascensores rotos Fue desagradable la estancia más cuando viajas con personas mayores desabilitadas Problemas con los parqueos

I travel to Key West once a year ,I viewed the property online and the reviews seemed like the perfect place to stay for my trip and family the rooms are roomy and great for large groups of people .and close to everything .My main concern was we were on 2nd floor .staff did not notify me that elevators were not working prior to check in ,I had my 84 year old mom who walks with a cane ...needless to say a complete inconvenience limiting mobility ,the resort gave everyone free parking however I was going to pay for that anyways . If you stay here traveling with older people or a lot of luggage you might want to choose a first floor room just in case this happens .

The house keeping and towels could be more clean. The beds are not great and the ac did not work well in the room.
-
Elevators were out of date for inspection and very shakey
-
The pool area grounds were very dirty too. Your feet got really dirty. All in all a very worn down place and staff is no help.
-
Our unit had a few maintenance issues, such as older dishwasher, very slow draining shower, a few non-functional outlets, lock on balcony door not working. All minor, not a deal breaker.
-
We loved the atmosphere and the amenities. The pool was well maintained and very relaxing!
-
It was a peaceful location that was still in walking distance to a Starbucks & McDonald's. It offered a free shuttle, & we selected a room with an ocean view where we were able to capture breathtaking photos. The room was spacious. The beds were extremely uncomfortable & noisy.

The bed was extremely comfortable, but what impressed me the most were the pillows—they were unbelievably comfortable! I also loved that the bathroom amenities were from Salt & Stone. Overall, I was truly impressed. The only small downside was that the hotel didn’t have any vases. It was my birthday, and my husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but there wasn’t a vase available, so we had to go out and buy one ourselves. Also, the elevator wasn’t working, and our room was on the third floor. The staff kindly offered to help us carry our luggage, but there were clear hints that a tip was expected, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable. Personally, I prefer to decide myself when and whom I’d like to tip, rather than feeling pressured or indirectly encouraged. Other than these minor points, everything was absolutely amazing. We truly loved our stay and would happily come back!

Good value for the price,Chicken Walk pool bar was great spot.

But everything was else was good

They did not provide daily cleaning room and clean house. I called the front desk. They never return my call back. They kinda not very well. Good customer service.

It was a 10/10

We booked a two bedroom suite. It was not as advertised. There was a primary entry and then a secondary entry to two separate rooms. One room was small and was only a bedroom. The second room was an actual suite with a master bedroom. With three small kids this was less than ideal. I spoke to staff and they agreed to move us to a three bedroom suite which was actually set up like a suite. The room we moved to was clean and stocked. Housekeeping does not occur on a daily basis and only happens if you stay longer than 7 days. It was difficult to get staff to pick up trash or replace items like paper towels. The elevators were down making it difficult to move luggage in and out and to get from our third floor room to ground level with a stroller three kids and a pregnant wife. The shuttle driver was cranky and less than helpful so we refused to tip him. There are no stores within walking distance so getting groceries was extra expensive with having to Uber everywhere. The front desk was conveniently out of water all the time. The onsite restaurant served great food but was very pricey and other dining options all required an Uber ride. Front desk never answered the phones. Concierge was staffed by pushy sales people. We won’t be returning here.

The hotel overall looked like it needs an overhaul. None of the elevators were working.. it was past 4 pm and our room still wasn’t ready! The check in person really tried to assist.. but luckily it was only one night ..

Stayed with my wife and two boys for 5 night the room (pool side suite - double balcony) was amazing everything was in working condition. The dryer does not heat up if you have too much clothes in the maybe 5 pcs of clothing is all it could handle. We stayed in building 3 and the elevator was not working we stayed on the 3rd floor which is actually like the 4th floor. We had an amazing stay I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a huge suite with family and balcony space.

Elevator didn’t work, A/C was real noise the whole time
