Gym was very hot. Beach wasn’t great. Elevator in my building wasn’t working g but you can use the one from the building next to it and walk over. So not that bad. Pool was great. Never crowded. Room was excellent. We had a suite with pool access. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and no charge to park We would still go back again.

We were out at the pool at 9pm while a bunch of other guests were out as well. No hours for the pool posted on either entrances and all lights were on. An older gentleman came out saying he was security but was very rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. He immediately came out with a raised voice saying “IDK WHO TOLD YOU ALL YOU CAN BE OUT HERE BUT YOU ALL NEED TO GET OUT RIGHT NOW! IF YOU HAVE BEEN OUT HERE LATE YOU ARE LUCKY I WASNT HERE” the next night, we walked by the pool at 10:30pm and there is a security guard sitting with all the guests in the pool…. Mean while we were screamed at the night before. Both elevators were broken on site as well. The beach is very misleading and much smaller than it looks on the website. The restaurant in the hotel was not very good food either.. the only thing we liked/loved about this place was Bob the bartender at the chicken walk pool bar.

Room was clean, exactly what we had hoped for. Staff was friendly and helpful!

It is a nice resort with a good view. Pool was nice with convenient service for drinks and food. The gym A/C was broken the whole week even with repeated complaints from many guests. 87 degrees was pretty hot to workout in. The rooms once inside were really quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy. Plenty of room to move around in the 1 bedroom suite.

Had an amazing time!!! The room was very clean and cozy. Pool was great. Overall would stay again

I loved the ocean view from the pool and the shuttle service. Bob the bartender was amazing, great personality!

The stay was wonderful, during our arrival there were some maintenance issue, however, the front desk resolved the issue same day. Beautiful and clean property, definitely coming back.

The shuttle on take you to two stops. It doesn’t even go to the airport. We took taxis.
