There’s a problem with the door locks. We were always having to get new cards once entering your room. The tile floors were very cracked and looked terrible refrigerator wouldn’t work after we told the front desk they sent someone to fix it that same day but we sit around waiting quite sometime.

The room was clean. No daily housekeeping. The staff were pleasant and quiet helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. It was alacart and you have to pay per item. Over all this was the most relaxing vacation I've been on. Loved it!

Cons - Walkway area around pool has many loose and raised blocks that were a tripping hazard. Beach is a bit small and if it's sunsets you're looking for, they are best viewed at the other end of the island. Front desk staff, while friendly, left out important info (such as availability of shuttle and pool bar hours). For first time visitors, signage is non-existent as far as where the check-in lobby is (no sign outside saying such, either) and the way the property is configured, it's not an easy determination. Certainly not complaining as we had a great time. Just offering our experience and observations.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean and fairly well maintained. Concierge and check in staff were helpful. The pool area was ok but thought the grounds could have been better maintained and some of the stairwells could do with an update. You need your room key to use the stairwells which is great for security though the one elevator that was working enables you to access all floors without a room key so security needs looking at here. The hotel runs a courtesy bus into downtown Key West which is very handy.

The property was clean all around. The pool was clean and not overcrowded. Unfortunately the bed was rough. It was very uncomfortable. They gave us feathered pillows and it felt like I was sinking into the back of the headboard of the bed. Not the best comfort.

We had an absolutely great time! Even had to stay an extra day due to airline issues and the hotel flawlessly helped us and worked with us. Would recommend this place to anyone and already planning a trip next year staying here.

The elevator was out of service in our building making it a very difficult experience.

Property was clean, situated nicely, and had plenty of amenities. Our biggest issue with the property was the lack of attention to items. Our shower head was clogged and had little to no water moving through it, random lights were out in our room, the hot tub didn't heat up nor did the jets turn on, but they kept water in it anyway, several, about 1/4, of the lounge chairs were either ripped or completely unusable. Other than that, everything else was great. Our room was huge with everything you could or would need.

Property is very nice and clean,I didn’t like the beach and I was hoping to see the sunset from my room but it was not possible because there is some buildings blocking the view, anyway I recommend the property

It was just ok. Nothing notable. The beach is small, the rooms are nice but small and the walls are thin. There were gaps in the door seal so I could see outside. Overall not impressed.

The hot tub was lukewarm, the roped off beach water was definitely now something I would want to get into (somehow didn't seem clear like the rest of the ocean), bathroom sink was clogged, room lamp was missing a knob to turn the light on, room door hinges were messed up so you had to slam door to close it, plumbing drain was leaking water into the garage are, right next to our vehicle... lots of deferred maintenance, elevator was down. Only redeeming part was the helpful friendly staff and free shuttle. Did not feel like we got what we paid for and would definitely not stay there again.

Just a very nice serene place to stay. The room was huge (we had both units), the balcony was spacious and amazing looking out towards the Gulf of Mexico, and the staff was very friendly. Can't wait to return to this property again.

We loved this resort. Room mix up at first. Was moved to beautiful suite with walk in shower. Handicap was needed. Restaurant awesome. Tapas breakfast. Great happy hour with piano bar. Pool a d private beach. 👍 all the way. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
