No microwave, refrigerator is to small

I was itching quite a bit when I was sleeping in the bed. The elevator was down.

This was a great experience. The staff was helpful. The cleaning service was nice and I was able to get what I needed for my room quickly. The amenities covered everything we needed to use the dishwasher and laundry machine in our unit. The dishes and utensils were not cheap looking which was nice. The only draw back we felt was the water at the beach area could have been cleaner. We had to travel to another area to go in the water. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone and I will come back again soon.

Don’t read the bad reviews imo it’s just people who are not happy the property is exactly what it is. It could use a some touch ups but besides that it was excellent the shuttle drivers besides one guy were all very helpful the desk was helpful pool was beautiful room was huge with amazing view into the gulf I will be staying here again

The room was ok. Hot shower comfy bed. Says it is on the beach not what I expected at all. Swam at other better beaches

Hot tub was broke , room was dated and furniture was banged up . Server John at the pool area was great

Balcony had great assess-ability to the pools and beach front.

From the balcony you can to the pools. I will go back again.

What I got was a mid signature king room,with no view and no jetted tub. Most of the staff spoke no English,except the front desk. There was no microwave and the fridge is tiny. The pool and ocean view are to die for,but overall I was disappointed

Loved the size of the rooms, size of the pool & having a little beach area. Free shuttle was a pleasant surprise, made getting our family of 10 around much easier!! Shuttle driver was excellent, very polite & respectful! Price of frozen drinks @ Chicken Walk a bit high for a pool bar. Kitchen supplies in 222 lacking a bit, no can opener, would've been helpful to have a 2nd pot & fry pan and a couple more chairs @ the table since it was a 3 br unit.....the family couldn't sit together to eat.

Hotel was nice, but we had one of the smaller rooms and furniture was run down. Bathroom vanity has seen better days. My bed was up against the window drapes so kept touching them at night. Pool area was pretty. But over half of the lounge chairs were broken. All were broken on the beach. I was surprised how many locals came to use the pool.

Nice beach area and I liked the rooms A small issue was it appeared it was managed by an outside company. Very friendly employees but I was charged $7 for coffee at the restaurant just not in alignment with the motel

This hotel had barely any elevators working, when we got there we had to carry all our luggage up flights of stairs due to the elevators being “temporarily shut down” and was not informed until we got there. The pool area had plenty of pool chairs but unless you go claim some chairs early, there is no way you’ll be able to get any due to there not being enough. To add, there was no pool towels for a while and when asking the employees they said they were not sure and that the housekeeping was behind. They also charge $25 for parking every night which was not ideal after what we paid for the hotel already and when we had gone to the “breakfast” in the lobby there was no fresh food which was not a typical breakfast and everything was just sitting out swarming with bugs (gnats/fruit flies) and best part is we barely ate anything and was also charged. In my opinion, there are plenty other way better hotels to stay at than this one from my experience for what you pay for a stay.

The pool, the shuttle bus to downtown (sooo convenient-we love it), the suite, the restaurant and pool bar, the staff kindness, the location. There is no real beach where you can swim. You could clean the small beach that you have so the guests can actually use it since other beaches are far away, and not cleaned. Very high food prices, even higher than some restaurants in downtown. The pool bar has high prices too.

No housekeeping, the room is not clean and they said that they will charge for housekeeping services. So bad. No private beach as advertised

It was a great place, the furniture and deco very nice and high end, the shuttle to downtown a big plus. The beach OK, but you must realize that you don't go to Key West for the beach, you go for the environment in town, the people, the shopping, the food and the most amazing sunset.

The rooms are very clean and easy to access. The view from the resort pool of the sunset is absolutely gorgeous! Great hotel I will definitely be staying again

The linens were stained and there was never any towels available at the pool. For as much money as I paid to stay I would have appreciated the basics to be taken care of at a resort.
