TThis place is pet friendly. the staff is really nice and I can only say that the hotel was so much more then we expected. We will definitely be staying there when we go back to the Keys.

The terrible stuff, when I check in, I asked what they have on the property, they tell me about restaurants and pools, about free shuttle to get to the beach and Duval st, but when I and family decided to go shuttle drive told me that I need to have tickets, I went to reception , they told there is no tickets for today and I had to make reservation before, it was awful.

Everything was exceptional and staff were friendly and assisted me with whatever I needed. Pools were clean and nice, lots of activities for kids! Food at rum row was Great! Starbucks is a plus to have connected to resort hotel. Shuttle service to old town was Great! Definitely a family friendly hotel and recommend the resort to everyone! Will come stay again and again! Thank you for having me& my family ❤️

Gym in the middle where everyone can observe you. Family friendly a lot of games throughout. Shuttle provided to downtown Key West. Staff not helpful toilet was broken from day one kept informing us that it was fixed when it wasn’t. If you want something done request a manager. He assisted on the last night. The best form of compensation he could provide is free breakfast and no charge for parking for the night which is $15. Overall is wasn’t bad hopefully the staff can become more accommodating.

Overall stay wasn’t too bad, if you’re okay with dogs and smoking than this is the place to stay. The property was clean, 2 pools and places to eat. About 7 min from the airport. Weird that you have to pay for a parking pass and also extra charges at the front desk before checking in.. that should be included in the price with the hotel. The food was expensive at the hotel as well.. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic for families! Breakfast was delicious! Integrated Starbucks a plus! Will return! But avoid street facing rooms (waterview); the street is busy all night and many vehicles are Loud as F!! On plus side, the sunsets are amazing!! And hotel provides ear plugs. Haha! Clearly they know noise is an issue.

I had a really good time, the room was clean and neat, the amenities excellent.

Beautiful room with a tropical feel. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our room did not have a tub which was disappointing but was clean and spacious.

I really don't have anything bad to say about the place. When we go back, we will definitely stay at the blue flamingo.
