Blue Flamingo Resort Key West

Great shuttle service to Duval St. Front desk staff was lovely. Great breakfast service and bar tenders were super fun by the pool. We will definitely stay again

Bar service was good. No Hot tub at main pool. Did have one on property next door. Easy access but a little bit of a drive to Deval street.

The staff had my room ready ahead of check-in time which I appreciated very much. Two nice saltwater pools accommodated families. Outdoor bar and food options were great. The concierge, Jess, was very knowledgeable. She handled the bike rentals which was hands-down the best way to get around the island. The bikes were well maintained.

I loved our stay at the blue flamingo! We went for my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Jose was amazing and there were so many fun things to do on property. Would definitely stay here again.

The grounds are beautiful. One morning I watched them pressure wash around the pool area and they cleaned everything. There was so much to take in and since the grounds are beautiful so many places for photos. The room we stayed in was clean and even though we faced the busy street the noice was not bad at all. Didnt need earplugs. The shuttle to Duval was really nice, just go to the desk first and tell them when you want to leave. We used the bigger pool and it was nice and lots of seating. The staff was really helpful and on our last night we were outside taking pictures for our anniversary when I saw Jose who works at the hotel. He didn't know we were there celebrating our anniversary and he took pictures for us and also had a very nice surprise in our room when we got back. Seriously though we were thrilled he walked by and could take pictures for us. We have stayed at several hotels in key West including one of the sister hotels. Any hotel will fit what you want to experience while you are in Key West but keep this on the top of your list. I read reviews before I booked and I will say they are honest. This is a very good place to stay. One thing not about the hotel but about the beaches. Take a Lyft to smathers beach or Ft. Zachary Taylor. There is a smaller beach people may steal you too. Don't fall for it. Blue Flamingo yes we will like book this hotel again!

Only one working elevator and restaurant was closed for remodel, so had to find another place for breakfast.

It is very bad; the breakfast was poor, and the water tap didn't work. They said they would take a $50 deposit and return it after two days, but when I called them, they said they couldn't refund the money.

Wish there were more options as far as eating, the staff was helpful in some ways, I think they were training a lot of them which is fine, I get it. Room was very clean. Would have been nice if there was an indoor eating area not just the outdoor bar areas but it was fine. Never were able to locate the other sister options to eat but that was ok. Food was very tasty. Beds were comfortable and pillows were firm and soft, great options, mini fridge and coffee w/water in the room, oh and the ear plugs were so cute!!!
