If your planning on using the shuttle make sure you plan ahead of time since it can fill up and you will have to wait an hour for the next ride book your shuttle ride at least an hour in advance or you might have to wait 90 mins or use Lyft or uber to get downtown if your feeling like a lot of exercise just rent the bicycles and have a 30 min ride downtown

We had a great stay! The property has excellent amenities and plenty to do for the whole family. The kids especially loved all the entertainment and activities available. The pool and other amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to leave the property. It’s a great place for families traveling with children, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Hot tub is not on site at the blue flamingo as advertised on Expedia. Elevators are very slow and could use some attention. Overall: 4 out of 5 stars.

I loved the shuttle service to downtown Key West. They came to clean the room after 4pm. The walkway in the 2 story buildings could use a power wash. Breakfast was good, however drinks are overpriced.

I liked the property overall I was just disappointed with how long it took to have my room ready on my first day.

The hotel was ok, nothing special to need to pay $50 a day resort fee. The rooms are your typical hotel room, nothing fancy. One hard chair to sit on, no couch or other seating besides bed. No clock or microwave in room. Bathroom has a standing glass shower with no privacy which is not convenient when someone has to use toilet/ bathroom. The backyard was pretty nice with 2 pools, games, small workout room and plenty of seating. Did not see a hot tub on property which is what is advertised on Expedia website. We had a Ocean view room on 5th floor which faces the main road / busy highway. Circle k and mcdonalds very close to walk to, can see from hotel.Food at the property is extremely expensive. Went down to the toasted coconut for breakfast one morning, ordered 2 parfait which are $14 each, 1 breakfast meal which was $20, 2 small orange juice at $5 a juice. They automatically add on a 18% gratuity to the check and breakfast for 3 was $77 and some change, needless to say that was our only time getting breakfast there. Go next door for breakfast at mcdonalds and save a ton of money. The shuttle is very convenient as you are far away from the action, just schedule ahead of time at front desk.

However you can still improve more better I really enjoyed myself

I loved the fact the shuttle is so easy to use with the hotel being farther away from old town. The shuttle made it so easy to enjoy our trip without worrying about driving and parking

Clean rooms and good rate. Also liked the music selection and DJ.

This property has the best hang out and pool area of any resort I have stayed at - 2 great pools, wonderful bar, 2 restaurant options, and great outdoor games space. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is great to provide a fun and relaxing vacation or honeymoon while still be accessible to the downtown island area.
