Pool was nice to lay out at & relax at the end of the day, poolside bar right there. Ice machine located at pool. Spacious room & bathroom w large walk-in shower/bathroom, large “normal” TV, great AC! Convenient location, away from downtown, and shuttle service readily available. Plenty of safe parking, we were able to park our 25’ boat & truck; tricky pulling in to location with the boat because of outgoing visitors, but doable. Very nice for the price.

Great place for 180 a night, the pool was great and there was always ice cold water there. We really appreciated the breakfast and the shuttle

The room was very clean.The staff was very nice air.Conditioning was perfect for the weather and breakfast was phenomenal.I have many allergies and they were able to accommodate me🙌

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the front desk staff, Luciano was great.The accommodations,the location,everything was above our expectations.

Staff was excellent; gym and pool were very good-and the price was right. The room needed a maintenance refresh but it wasn't bad. The bad part: What messed up a perfect review was on the last day (3-day stay) I noticed bites all over my leg and my son's legs/arms. We were glad we only noticed upon leaving, b/c the hotel was otherwise pretty good. I let the front desk know and I really hope they can correct this-it's not a bad property but needs some attention in above-mentioned areas.

They did credit the amount back to my card though .

Out glass bottles. It took management a while before it was brought up to the attention.

The sheets were dirty and it took more than 30min for them to come change them and the kids needed to go to bed. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options. Had to wait for the disposable cuterly. They offer beach chairs and umbrella but we didn't use it. For one night stay it met the needs.

Very nice and clean! Good service from front desk. Breakfast was surprisingly good!! Pool was clean and warm and well located.

The room was extremely clean. Breakfast was really good: yogurt, milk( 2%), fat free, and whole milk, McArthur. They also offer orange and apple juice from a machine. For bread you may have baggles, whole wheat bread, and white one. You can toast it. They offer Philadelphia cream cheese, butter, and jelly. There are two waffle machines where you can make your own waffles. and top them with strawberry jelly, seeds, caramel syrup, chocolate syrup, etc. They offered plain Greek and flavored yoplait yogurt. Fruit options were bananas and oranges. Hot oatmeal and different kinds of cereal were in big containers to get for breakfast. They also offer scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, turkey sausages and patties. The first day, they offered bacon and sausage, the second day sausage and patties. They have ketchup, mustard, and other sauces. We couldn't complain and we were extremely pleased with breakfast. Of course, there were disposable plates, cups, eating utensils, and great quality napkins. And American coffee of course, decaffeinated and bold, flavored and regular cream. There is hot water and tea bags of different flavors. Breakfast was GREAT 👍👍👍

The staff was so helpful

Not too bad stay. One of the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful but all the others were great, food was bland but overall the experience was positive. Although it’s located far from downtown, shuttles are available to take you every hour

We love the location, but were very displeased about how they charged an additional $20 per hour if you want to get into your room before 4:00 pm check-in. Even though they had rooms available, they charged us $80 for an "early in" fee. We did not know they were going to to that as they did not make it clear. When I got my bill, I was very upset and contacted them directly. They would not refund our monies for the early check in even though I advised that they did not tell us it would cost $80 for us to get into a room. Not happy.

We have stayed in the trio now twice and absolutely love the atmosphere.

Second time staying in this hotel. Love it 10 out of 10
