Great customer service and very clean!!!

Breakfast is good

On the down side, I asked for a crib 3 times before checking in. When i made the reservation, on the phone when they called me prior to checking in, and at check in. It was all for nothing bc when we got back to the hotel that first night at 10pm we still didn’t have a crib and had to wait for it for 20 mins with a very tired baby. This was very frustrating. And we had to assemble it! Also, we made the reservation for 6 people and every single day we only received 3 towels despite reminding them we need 6 towels and coming down every day for more. Also very frustrating. Lastly, i prepaid the reservation. So all I would need to pay is the incidentals per the three nights and destination fee. I was charged three times the amount it should have been. When I questioned Kelly at the front desk she seemed very confused and said sometimes this happens, that incidentals are charged twice…. Which still.. that math was not mathing. Regardless, she said she reversed it. The next day, I still had the charge so I went to the front desk to ask again. This time a gentleman helped me and right away the transaction was reverted. Meaning Kelly didn’t revert it the day before and just said she did. The follow through with the staff was not there from our experience.

It is a great option away from all the action.

I just came into my room and found ants all over the bed, including between the pillows. There are ants everywhere. This is completely unacceptable and I cannot sleep in this room. I have photos and videos. Please move me to a clean room immediately.

Great stay! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was very nice overall.

Nice place

The place is nice and the staff are amazing and cordial 24/7. The chickens all over the resort on the other hand… will lower the rating , it was awful trying to sleep with roosters starting at 3 am waking up everyone. Resting is not easy at night so forget about being able to sleep.

Air conditioning didn't work in room when we arrived, but problem was resolved with 2 new batteries in thermostat.

Ok stay. Shuttle was good. Staff were helpful. Resort seemed tired. Drains in sink and shower drained exceptionally slow. At check in were told two soft drinks a day, chair, cooler, umbrella hire and shuttle all included in booking. Sign on the wall said could purchase this stuff cor for $24.95 with wifi included. Didn’t get wifi and they didn’t say the resort fee was charged on top of booking price. Just got an email saying I was charged. I don’t mind paying a resort fee if they’re upfront about it and you get all inclusions. Also they were weirdly strict about towels. We had two rooms with 6 occupants. They only would hand out two towels per room. Later another staff member said you could just get some from the pool area. Breakfast was good.

Quarto com um tamanho bom, limpo e confortável. O hotel é bem completinho e também oferece um shuttle para o centro da cidade, o que facilita bastante para quem não quer ficar se deslocando de carro.

I hated they charge you an amenity fee even if don’t use the service. They give the excuse it’s a 3rd party that charges.
