Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West

Was the high light of our trip, the stay there.We were able to cook out on the grill, the hammock swing was amazing. Everything was there, very convenient.

Decor and the screened in porch with the bathroom being my favorite. The views are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the seating area near the beach. I recommend asking for a 3rd floor room as there was a little noise from upstairs.

Beautiful property!

First time being in Key West and I am so glad that I decided on booking this property. Hyatt has never let me down before. Other than the weather being sweltering hot and the pool water being extremely warm, the condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean.

So pleased with our room and Key West resort. Everyone was so helpful, very clean updated property. Pool was huge for the area. Tiki Bar had good food and drink by the pool. Really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

The room and hotel were very clean. Staff was nice and even got in room a little early which is nice. Pool area was nice, and pool was warm from Florida weather, maybe too warm. Great place to stay. The only downside which has zero to do with hotel is seaweed this time of year. It is real bad and made beach area a little disappointing but kids still had fun.

We enjoyed our stay in terms of the space of our 2 bedroom and having a large screened in porch. If you are staying here-note it’s to be expected to self serve in terms of food and drinks. Tiki bar is not great in terms of food and you have to walk there to get served. We had teenagers with us -place has a lot of families do keep that in mind as one pool and surrounding condos. Overall would recommend but don’t expect a resort feel.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Beach House Resort in Key West! The property was clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our accommodations were comfortable with everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful. The ride to the downtown area was 15 min where there a tons of bars and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I loved our bathroom in our room and the property was nice. I was a little disappointed in the beach area, very tiny spot… and there is no sit down restaurant or pool service for food which I wasn’t a fan of, overall it was a nice place.

The room wasn’t too clean, the floor didn’t look good. The smell of the room wasn’t good either. The kitchen faucet water flow was too low and short. and the bed had a small black insects that itch a lot. They should clean better the rooms, mattress and sheets.

Excellent family hotel. We had an amazing, relaxing time this weekend and can't wait to go back.

The villas we stayed in were clean and beautiful. We had a slight problem with one of the ACs not cooling but the maintenance guy came up quickly and fixed the problem! The rooms look just like the photo on the website. The pool and beach area are wonderful. Our family will be coming back again.
