Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West

The pool is 3 feet deep; I didn't like that.

Very clean and convenient apartment with all services, close to downtown Key West!

This was a family get away to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We wanted a place to relax but still be near the fun of Old Town. This was perfect. Two bedroom-Two bath villa was perfect. Great screened balcony felt very private. The pool and beach area was relaxing. We didn't eat at the Tiki bar but it was nice for drinks. The only negative, and this is minor, is that parking is very tight under the villas. We had a larger rental car that made it a bit tight, but we managed. Smaller vehicles would have no problem. Would definitely stay here again on next visit.

A peaceful place to spend some quality time with family. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We received excellent service at the front desk, both from the young woman who welcomed us upon arrival and from the one who assisted us with check-out. They were both very friendly and helpful.

NIce place to stay....good location. No beach to really speak of. Pool and staff were excellent.

Cute little beach with cabanas and a dock overlooking the water. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. There is one restaurant on site and it’s just ok. Susie Q is a gem though! Wish there were more activities for kids to do; there were only 3 activities Wednesday-Friday and if you didn’t sign up ahead of time, the lady didn’t show up. The times were fixed too so if you weren’t at the resort at 11am, you would miss the activity. Overall, the resort was very clean and it’s a beautiful property about 10 min from Duval street.

Stayed with a family of 5. We had a 2 bedroom with a pullout couch. Beautiful balcony. Kitchen was well equipped for breakfast. The master bathroom was gorgeous with a double shower and vanity and seperate toilet area. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Property was nice. The beach and pool area had fun stuff to play with like cornhole and they would throw floaties in the pool. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the keys. 12-15 mins from downtown keys where everything is.

Everything was great!

We had such a wonderful time at the Hyatt Beach Club! The property overlooks the water, which was perfect for our family. We spent lots of time relaxing on the beach and enjoying the pool. The bathrooms were also fantastic! Plus, there’s a small kitchen with all the essentials for making your own meals. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. My sister was also staying there, and the staff made sure we were right next door to each other. I highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip to Key West!

Went to resort early, they held bags and allowed us to rest by the pool until our room was ready! Rooms were clean. Staff was nice!

It was a beautiful place. I went with my family had an excellent experience. I highly recommend it!

Decent place. Comfortable beds. Dishwasher injured us because it was broken. Nice location. Not much to do other than the pool.
