The front desk person told me that breakfast was included and to just tell the staff to charge to the room. Well when we came down for breads the next day no one ask a thing and simply provided us with utensils so we just sat down and ate. After finishing our breakfast they came over and asked if we have a breakfast voucher. When I told him what the front desk lady told me the day before they said that breakfast wasn’t included. My concern is why would she said breakfast is included when it’s not? Feel like they try to scam people into eating breakfast there assuming it’s free only to charge them later.

Wasn’t a horrible place to stay very quiet but if booked through Expedia they don’t charge the resort fees

To many extra charges

The hotel charges $15 per day for parking, $18/person per day for breakfast and $30 per day in resort fees. I thought the Expedia rate included everything when I booked it.

Todo perfecto solamente cuando llegamos no nos informaron mucho sobre los buses que uno podía tomar ahí nos enteramos ya al final por que atentamente la señorita que no hizo en chek out nos explicó creo que si deberían tomar un poco de tiempo y explicar las alternativas esto ami personalmente me hubiera ahorado dinero que tuve que pagar en estacionamientos

the pool is dirty

Staff was very friendly, location was excellent, and room was generous in size! Very happy with our stay here!

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. The hotel runs a shuttle to the Duval Street district every hour all day. It reurns on the half hour.

We loved the stay! The hotel is great , there was a musician playing at the pool, which was very nice. They offer transportation to the center of the city, which was very convenient

Very clean

One sad elevator and just a general sad run down hotel that might have been nice several decades ago even with the location. Parking was 100% full when went to park. The staff I spoke to were very nice to be fair and tried to be helpful with the small amenities they have which is parking there and then using a shuttle to get where you actually would want to go in Key West. I would not recommend this hotel at any price point over $100 a night. You can do better than this anywhere.

One thing we did not like was that several guests were smoking in and around the pool area. There were many families, including ours, with children using the pool, and the cigarette smoke made it unpleasant. We also noticed there were no “No Smoking” signs posted around the pool. We hope the hotel will consider making the pool area smoke-free or at least enforcing a designated smoking area away from families and children.

I have always stayed at Hilton and that Hilton did not have complementary continental breakfast. We had to pay $19 and it was not worth $19 at all, and we were not informed when we checked in. This was the first time that there was a fee for the breakfast at Hilton.
