Everything nicely

Staff were helpful and Friendly. Room was cleaned. Bathroom is a good size.

Clean room, helpful staff, pool bar after a day in sun on Duval st. Parking is hard to find downtown and is $$. They have a free shuttle to get you to the waterfront!

It was a very nice property, the staff were not very friendly or helpful. Many of them didn’t know what was going on and were not very helpful.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly i would definitely recommend to friends and family stayed for the weekend and was a short drive from every place we visited while we were there pool bar has many selections of drinks and the breakfast was good

My door was found unlocked several times did not feel safe. Checked out early.

The pool water was too hot

Property could use a bit of a refresh. Mold present in bathrooms. Laundry facilities were convenient and the pool was great for the kids. Staff were very helpful and polite, A+.

The pictures were deceiving. I picked this property based on the aminieties. The pictures were from the sister hotel, you had to walk to it. The pillows were awful and the bed was hard. The pillows at first were fluffy by midnight you were laying flat as a pancake. My neck and shoulder was hurting every day. The blow dryer they had there in the bathroom quit working and started smoking. I asked for a new one. Never got. Did not know we had to put a $100 extra every day we were there for incentives. So we did not get to do a lot because of the golf. Big disappointment. I asked for a cooler every day cause the lady said they had those and chairs. Went down early every day never had. So had to buy one. So I would not recommend the hotel. Always thought Hiltons were a good hotel but this one is like a Super 8. Do your research but like I said the nice pools, games, and bar/food was at another hotel that you had to walk too. The lady who was doing the breakfast she was a red head, very rude too.

Great clean room and very friendly staff

We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping cleaned our room 1 time the entire time. I had to call every evening when we returned to the room and request clean towels so we could shower. They would stand outside the door, hand me the clean towels and have me give them the dirty towels. I also had to give them the trash cans so they could empty them. I asked them to change the bed but they couldn’t speak English so they didn’t understand my request. Overall it was not a good experience. I will not go back.

Nice hotel, but breakfast too expansive for just eggs and sausage.

For the price it was okay. Nothing to rave about as far as amenities are concerned.

They offer a shuttle into town. The room was attractive, clean, and well kept, as were the other areas of the resort.

Good customer services. I would definitely come back again!
