Clean and well maintained- front desk staff friendly and professional. Needs upgrades in air conditioning and more moisture control. Air works great at 65 °c and below - if you turn it up to 69 it’s too humid and moldy smell- but we didn’t spend much time in room. Didn’t ruin the vibe.

The area was nice & the was amazing. I love the hotel decor . Junior at the front desk was nice & welcoming . So was Hubert Tim so sweet. The bartenders were at the pool were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Especially kosta and Lana . Lana never spoke actually tried to ignore me & my family several times . I actually would rather spend my money else where than at that bar . They need hospitality and customer service training both of them . When it was a long wait they never spoke to awaiting patrons
