Continental breakfast. The free busing that was available 2 years ago has stopped. So now you're either paying an Uber or riding the bus. That was a lot of money every trip we went out. The nice thing was having the pool. We definitely will not be staying there again.

Todo Super bien; el personal que trabaja en la instalación te hacen sentir como en casa muy acogedor; tranquilo y un servicio increíble

This property was put together cheaply just so the owners could make a profit

Room was very very clean at a point that i could smell the cleaning products very efficiently, the room was updated but the air conditioner wasn't in front or on the side of the bed its was just on top of the main door so at night it was kind of hot , outdoor patio was excellent with hammocks and nice view , the small beach at the back needs some maintenance but its okay in general , front desk lady was nice

This hotel is very dated and has more of a motel vibe. It is not a resort. You cannot swim in the “beach area”, the photos are very deceiving. They charged $129 resort fee for wifi, beach, breakfast, and pool. Again, this is not a resort and the charge felt ridiculous. They advertise a shuttle to Duval street, there is no shuttle. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need something you have to go to the lobby it it has to be before 10:30pk because The room was clean, although there was rust around the bath tub.

The resort itself was amazing , the views are Everything , however I made a mistake whiles booking my ticket and I had to leave one night earlier so I asked the receptionist for assistance since I called Expedia and they told me it’s up to the property , her response was “I cannot help you , you can either stay the night or leave early “ I explained to her from Miami to key west is 4 hrs drive and i atleast wanted my husband to rest before travelling , we ended up staying the full time - the ac in the room made noise whole night , the bathroom is really tiny , if you’re washing your hair , be prepared to knock your elbows up !

Room too small and breakfast not so good

Great property outside of old town. We really enjoyed the serene environment with the turtles and private beaches. Breakfast was great! We didn’t have a car so we rented bikes and did the 15 minute ride to Duval. Great place to experience the keys vibe. It’s not old town, but if you have a lot of activities planned, it’s a great home base to see the lower keys

The Bad: The rooms are in need of repairs. Drywall corners cracking. Lock bolts on front door to room sticks. The sliding glass back door of each room is poorly designed and the bar that serves as a “lock” can easily be picked from the outside. It was an ok place to stay.

Amenities were few and poor Breakfast is the best part of the stay nicely laid out and by the water But the room itself is terrible shower area isn't clean and I found a used soap bar on top of the shower The bed was also uncomfortable the ac didn't work and the doors had cracks and leaks

We stayed in a room on the water the view was great. The staff were very helpful we booked a sunset cruise with drinks and music that was great

Clean, peaceful and friendly staff.

Room was beautifully decorated and more than enough space for our family. The shower we had was extremely small though, so just a word of caution for us bigger-boned folk! I made it work but it wasn't easy. Breakfast is at the restaurant and was good. Pool is great, private beach is great. We lived all the wildlife around! We definitely recommend.
