My room had a sliding glass door to a porch, but the neighbors are literally right next to us smoking, so we couldn’t use it. The pool was nice. The breakfast was a nice meal with a view on the dock.

Overall, the room was much more expensive than what the condition justified. For the price we paid for one night, I expected a much better-maintained room.

I loved it next year I'll be back again I'm going to the same hotel

Easy access to everything. A little far from downtown.Breakfast was not good.
-
It was quirky and clean.

Beach side, hammocks outside free. Wildlife at door. Onsite restaurant. Easy for Ubers. Supermarkets across main street. Rental golf carts for getting around. Old wooden beds were charming but run down. High price for facilities available. Door lock beach side was a simple bar.

Placid place
-
Breakfast needs improvement because it lacks variety.

Ibis Bay resort is a paradise all by itself. Zero disappointments

Pleasant Stay & Friendly Staff. It was relaxing.

Best little resort so far and loved everything about it. The staff somehow friendly and overall I will stay again there. None

I enjoyed the area, it was very quiet and peaceful, the beds were comfy, the air worked amazing and you could not hear any outside noise, the resort is older but the room was great, loved walking right out the door to a private patio and open view of the water, the breakfast offered had a decent variety and we had clean towels brought daily. The tortoises are a great addition, we enjoyed seeing them and hearing the doves while out side was peaceful. The Iguanas on the property were pleasant to watch as well. 1) At arrival I was charged an extra 15$ per person per night (x3) for incidentals - this was said to be non refundable charge. when I said incidentals should be a refundable deposit "in case" something happens, she then said well then it is for parking. 15 per night, per person x 3 nights, one vehicle and there was not enough parking to park at our room. I feel this should be refunded. 2) when enjoying the pool (which was very warm) It needs to have a chill/heat pump added. We tried to get a drink and after 32 minutes of waiting, we gave up and returned to the room to get our own, The beach is not a beach, (no swimming) it is however a great view.

Try to express this best way I can. The room was very small and it didn’t look like the picture. The shower was not clean and sink was so low it hurt my back to wash my hands . Very vintage. The bed was comfortable but air conditioned was so loud it was very hard to sleep. It was non smoking. Beach area was small and rocky no way go down to get your feet wet. The water looks suspicious.. The breakfast was filled of bread of your choice. It had some fruit which bananas apple and red grapefruit! Coffee water and orange juice. The pool area was nice. You couldn’t bring your own drinks. They wanted to spent money on them and only them. The locals were not friendly. The best part was the bartender @ the bar was friendly and his drink was good! The restaurant food was good but little prices if you want me to spent all my money! This was little getaway! But they didn’t try make it a good getaway! I would give this place 3 stars.

Someone left refrigerator and freezer on zero so everything would melt and water was dripping all over the place. Shower was size of phone booth; if there was a door and not a shower curtain I couldn't fit. Never again.

Room was a bit older/not as up to date as picture showed, ac didn’t really cool down room, bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, had issues with the electric plugs not working until you messed with the plugs a bit, not a bad hotel or area to be in at all, just wish pictures were more transparent

Room was clean, staff was good and breakfast was just enough.

Quaint retro vibe. Decks equiped with bistro table and 2 chairs, hanging hammock for enjoying the breeze. Beach lounger available, 1 per room per another guest. House keeping came each day to empty trash and replace towels. Staff was friendly. Activities were available, but I didn't see anyone taking advantage of them. Very dated. Rust in tub and good sized chunk broken off on outside. Bistro table with 2 metal chairs was the only seating in the room except the bed. Very small bathroom, with lots of insects that lost wings each night. Housekeeping wasn't reliable in replacing the same number of towels they removed. No hand soap supplied. Restaurant was overpriced, cocktails were very weak. Lobby was not open 24 hours. One person was working in the lobby each time we went in. Twice we saw people trying to check in, but the lobby was locked

My best friend and I literally randomly picked a 26 hour getaway and landed on Key West and we could not have been more pleased with our State. It was a five minute Uber ride from the airport and like a 10 minute ride to downtown. The resort itself was very clean, the front desk staff was super helpful and the resort itself was very nice.

My kid (and me!) loved the animals; they appear healthy and cared for. Restaurant was great, wonderful service and yummy food for hungry travellers. I will absolutely stay here again, and for longer.
