This place was amazing for the private beach front attached to our room. It feels a little older with limited in room amenities but with a restaurant bar attached to the hotel, private beach access, pool, and under 10 minute driver to Duval Street couldny have asked for a better stay.

The hotel is outside of town. The beach on the edge of the property is not very nice so it’s definitely not a pro. The restaurant and bar was closed for remodel when we went and being so far away from town we had to drive to find food. I feel like I over paid for the reservation. However, the rooms are nice and clean, the vending machines are stocked. There is plenty of parking and the pool seemed thumping.

Good location and spacious room but the shower was tiny.

Hotel was fine. However they closed down the bar & restaurant literally an hour after we checked in according to them... For Deep cleaning. Mind you, at booking it, Nowhere was it noted that this was going to be happening during my stay. Otherwise I would've booked elsewhere. Other than that, Everything else was fine.

The front desk staff was very rude, and the hotel’s offers are misleading. Very disappointing experience.

If your looking for an a good resort for a value price this is your place. It is full of character!! The staff is friendly, even let us check in early. Beautiful location on the water with lots of outdoor space, just to lounge around. Loved all the hammocks. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a water view room super cute porch that leads out to a secluded beach with hammocks and loungers.

An older resort but had a Key West vibe. Aaron at the activity desk was great, and we rented a golf cart for 2 days. Gave us tips on what to see and do. Was a value stay and we enjoyed our time.

Property appears to either be in pre bankruptcy, about to be sold as is, or to be totally demolished for new construction. They also charged a "resort fee" of $30 per day above the Expedia charge which was not known until checkout.

If someone comes here and complains about the amenities price or staff they simply are wanting something way more than they paid for. This is a great keys stay
