Not clean! False advertisement…nothing as pictured except the pool. The bar was the size of a NY closet and the breakfast buffets the size of a bedroom. Nothing as pictured! Rude front desk Hispanic lady and man with big ears not helpful at all! Just wanted to keep charging extra for everything and not even a bottle opener anywhere to be found. Dirty property with people that don’t care about your stay! Don’t stay here!!! $total rip off for sure! Not even worth $ to stay here. Weed smoking outside our door and lots of screaming and yelling next door. Horrible! And they lied and said they were sold out! Beware!!!

Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Pool was clean. Shuttle was really helpful.

We were not told about all the extra fees when we arrived. Breakfast was in a dark room and was awful, construction was being done on the hotel and we didn't get housekeeping for two nights we were there and the hotel shuttle to and from hotel to downtown and back - no driver was interactive or friendly. Worst Marriott experience ever.

The staff were very helpful

The staff at the front desk were good, but we had problems with using the On Demand feature on the television. The maintenance guy came up but had no idea what I was talking about. Also had to request washcloths, multiple times. Housekeeping had cleaned and replaced the towels and hand towels but not the washcloths. I’d told the front desk what the issue was, but housekeeping was closed so no washcloths. Then they still sent someone up, but he didn’t know what the issue was, so had to repeat the story. No washcloths that night. Next day after coming back from our outing, still no washcloths. Had to call again. Housekeeping came up to clean, still didn’t leave the washcloths. Had to call once again and finally got the washcloths. Very irritating. The pool, tiki bar and continental breakfast was great. Shuttle service was very convenient. Would not stay again, however. The drawer issue was a major irritation for me. Previously stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at The Keys. A little less modern but had the same amenities, but with Drawers and had a jacuzzi.

Everything was up to par.

My family of three visited for the past week. Overall the experience was good but not great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was average but did meet our basic needs. The breakfast on the other hand did not offer a great selection. Mostly coffee and prepackaged muffins and I booked the hotel in part for the breakfast option. The bar was mediocre and closed early a couple days without notice. The shuttle to downtown was very convenient. On our second night I was awakened by bugs, some sort of moth, crawling on me and when my husband turned on the light there were these bugs all in our bed, sink, shower, generally everywhere in the room. The staff quickly assisted and changed us to a new room with no additional problems after that. The pool is the best part about the hotel. They kept it very clean and our son had a great time. Although the stay wasn't terrible, if I ever return to Key West I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in two hours early without a fee. Restaurant and bar were closed for construction so super limited options on that front but lots of things nearby. Room was quiet, clean & cool. Parking is $12 a day and a resort fee of $25 a day. Free breakfast included. Pool was nice. A few people smoking cigars so I asked the staff to mention something and they did.

Very small rooms and almost no parking, breakfast was ok, no very happy for the amount that I was charge.

Not bad at all, but we expected more

Pool not filtered. Bugs and film on water. No bar and restaurant. Have to pay for parking. Bed frame sticks put banged ankle twice.tripped on a rebar sticking out of the cement from missing car curb. They gave me 100 dollars off parking cost.

I was not told about the charge for parking when I checked in. Also, a glass bottle broke with 32 ounces of liquid and it went all over the floor. I called for housekeeping and they said they would be right up. SIX HOURS LATER!!! They finally showed up. Not enough toilet paper or towels and the towels were dirty. The ac in the bedroom was so loud we could hardly sleep. I do want to say that the breakfast buffet was really good. I was very disappointed that we actually left early because it was so bad. The guy at the front desk was also very unprofessional and rude.

We have a good time with my family

Overall, we had a nice stay here. The staff was fantastic right from check-in and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and basic, nothing special, but it got the job done. The highlights for us were definitely the really nice pool area and the super convenient location with easy access to nearby stores. The shuttle was also a great perk, and the assistant was incredibly helpful in scheduling and booking our snorkeling trip.

The location was also much less appealing than expected. The surrounding area felt undesirable, and our room overlooked a depressing view of the parking lot and dumpsters, which certainly wasn’t the Key West experience we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the hotel advertises a free shuttle and amenities, but then charges a sneaky $25-per-day resort fee that isn’t immediately obvious when booking. The room itself was underwhelming, and the bed was so uncomfortable that we woke up sore every morning. When we requested new pillows because ours were completely flat, we were brought foam pillows that had a foul odor and seemed unclean. The one bright spot of our stay was the breakfast. It was fresh, well-maintained, and the staff working the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. I expected much more from a Fairfield Inn and was sorely mistaken. The disappointing accommodations, hidden fees, uncomfortable bed, and unappealing location put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable Key West trip. I would not stay here again and would encourage others to look elsewhere when visiting Key West.

Gym was horrible and the gardens were notbhugh

​We stayed for one night and experienced some incredibly inconsistent—and frankly, suspicious—front desk behavior during check-in. We arrived around 12:50 PM and were told early check-in would cost $30, otherwise our room would be ready at 2:30 PM. Since we weren't in a rush, we chose to wait. Over the next half hour, we watched the same staff member check in five other parties who arrived early. When I questioned this at 1:30 PM, the clerk claimed every single one of those parties had paid the $30 fee, which felt highly improbable. Miraculously, as soon as I pushed for clarification, the "policy" changed, and she offered us our room for free. The shifting narrative and lack of transparency from the staff left a very poor impression.
