Valet parking obligatoire ce qui était pour nous plutôt une nuisance qu’un avantage car nous sortions souvent visiter les alentours! Nous ne pouvions pas apporter de boissons alcoolisé au bord de la piscine il fallait les acheter directement au bar de piscine …

Room was dusty and had a strong mold/mildew smell. I have asthma and a severe dust allergy, so we could not stay. The hotel staff explicitly told us we would receive a full refund for the entire reservation, and we left based on that assurance. Later, Booking.com informed us that the hotel was only refunding part of the stay, which directly contradicted what we were told at the front desk. On top of that, there is a daily resort fee and paid parking. Very disappointing experience.

This property is nicer than anything we found closer to Duval Street. This property is 5 stars! Roomy, worth every penny. I loved my king size bed. I loved the properties gardens and the pools. It was quiet, private, and luxurious. I have one critique, valet parking is not needed. $30 for Valet is not needed.

Rooms were clean and we had a great view from the back patio. There were renovating the restaurant but had a food/coffee truck for us to use and it is right beside a Walgreens for snacks and drinks. The pools were lovely 4 in total.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en Parrot Key Hotel & Villas. El hotel es hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para disfrutar unos días en Key West. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y las áreas exteriores con las piscinas y la vegetación tropical crean un ambiente espectacular. Nos hospedamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo y realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía. El personal fue amable y atento, y nos sentimos muy cómodos durante todo el fin de semana. La ubicación también es conveniente para disfrutar de Key West y luego regresar a un lugar más relajado. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos para familias, parejas o cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar Key West en un ambiente bonito y tranquilo.

Pretty clean as well. Took one star off because we had 2 free drinks but the check in lady misinformed me where to redeem them. Also I told her it was my Birthday and she said they would do something in the room, but they did not. Please have better check in receptionist.

Room was not clean. Felt like a motel inside. Price is a stretch for what you’re getting

Excellent getaway spot for families or big groups. We loved it. Had a great time celebrating my bday! ✨

The rooms were very nice. The beach was better if you upgraded your room. Unfortunately they were doing renovations on the restaurant and bar that we didn’t know about. However, they provided a bar cart so they still could provide beverages poolside. Overall, I would stay there again!

The hotel itself was nice and the setting was pleasant. The unexpected resort and parking charges were very disappointing and made the stay feel poor value. These additional costs were not clear enough in advance.

It was clean and modern. Liked also the l’occitan products in the room There was a smell of sewage at the hotel entrance, and there was a bit of noise from the road in the room we stayed in. The girl at the reception desk was very unpleasant, not friendly, and wouldn't let us take more than two napkins for my daughter's allergy attack and runny nose.
