This is a resort. The service from the staff has that “we will pamper you” vibe. The property has a bit of wear and tear, but very clean and nicely maintained. However, the amenities are not enough for me to come back and vacation here. It was just a side trip for us after the World Cup so we only stayed one night. However, for others who are into water activities and other adventures, this can be a nice base.

Very beautiful and serene place to stay. Loved everything about this place!

The breakfast you prepay for is only pastries or fruit, not worth the extra charge for "breakfast". Adult only pool has lots of bugs in it. We found a baby roach in our bed. They came and sprayed, cleaned our room and gave us a resort fee credit for 1 night. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice. Cheaper and more convenient to Uber back and forth. Shuttle drivers are friendly but times are not frequent. Staff and front desk personal are very friendly.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. The private beach was wonderful and so great to have a choice of pools. An adult pool area was perfect. Staff were great. Everything was clean, quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Food was very good.

We stayed in a ground-floor double room, and the private porch overlooking the pool was one of our favorite features. The room was spacious for the two of us, the bed was comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a ceiling fan. Check-in was a great experience—we were welcomed with a mango mimosa, which was such a thoughtful touch. The resort offers several pools to choose from, along with a convenient on-site restaurant. The bathroom was well stocked with wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as hand soap and lotion. After spending the day in the sun and on the water, the lotion was especially appreciated. Overall, the resort had a relaxed, tropical atmosphere that made it feel much more like a vacation destination than a standard hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting, the rooms were clean and large enough for a family of 4. The staff were all super friendly, and there as a choice of 4 pool areas all ‘secluded’ so you felt like you were in your own little private pool area when no one else was around. It has a nice little sandy area out the back with hammocks which is lovely to chill. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever to visit key west again. Only downside is the distance to the town but there is a bus that the hotel put on (we didn’t use this as timings didn’t work for us) but it’s so easy to get taxi’s or golf carts around the island.

Beautiful facility with 4 pools and sunset view over the bay. Nice onsite restaurant and bar but expensive compared to nearby restaurants
