Parrot Key Hotel & Villas

We love the ambiance and quiet adults only pool. The shuttle to and from downtown and the beach is also wonderful. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Lipstick on a pig. Overpriced for the amenities. Rooms are fine looking but not great. Staff really doesn’t excel at service. Amenity daily rate doesn’t make sense with what you get. Restaurant is abysmal.

poor service I am a handicap person and they charged me for valet witch I did not use what a way to scam a senior citizen should be ashamed of themselves

Housekeeping did not clean room. I called front desk receptionist to let them know. They told me they would send housekeeping to clean room. We left for dinner and when we arrived the room was never cleaned.

Excellent hotel

Hotel was a welcome relief after a long hot day on the island. Seemed like a hidden paradise.

They have a few pools, so it is really nice. I got to use their gym.The one day. Also, they have wave runners, which I did not get to try. We did enjoy the food and the bar!

The grounds was pretty and maintained. The restaurant was outside but nice. Chicken and roasters everywhere. The whole island was like that. The rooms were quiet and had ceiling fans in each room. I would stay here again. Parking was valet only.

The rooms were very comfortable for our family. We liked that our teen could have her own space (we booked the two bed room suite). The resort feels like a little oasis with the grown trees and foliage.

The staff we very pleasant and helpful. You are close to several places to eat, and can walk to several shops and a Starbucks.. they have gold cart rental and you can go everywhere on the island in them.. truly a wonderful vacation!

Several quiet pools. Convenient shuttle. Nice townhouse style rooms.

Lovely zen-like atmosphere. The smaller pools were nice for a more intimate atmosphere. Lively stay for our anniversary; thank you!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like family. This was a hidden gem. The staff was amazing. The property was nicely maintained, and the rooms were clean. We will definitely be back.

What's more unfortunate is paying premium prices for a property that leaves you wanting some perceived value for all the money spent. We were so uncomfortable we ended up leaving a day early, without a refund of course.
