The staff went above and beyond expectations! They helped us celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary too! Friendly and helpful text messages. Concern about our expectation and requests. Very accommodating! Even though a little further out, loved the peace and highly recommend using the taxis to get around. Beautiful room with a wonderful view!! Thank you, thank you!

Property was very clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and professional. The food from the outside bar was excellent. We rented a cabana, it was nice and comfortable. The server that attended us while at the cabana was excellent, professional and very attentive. There was a lounge couch and chairs in front of the cabana, that also came with the cabana rental. The couch and pillows inside the cabana could have been cleaner, and a reserved sign should have been on the lounge chairs and couch outside the cabana so we wouldn't have to keep telling people they were reserved.

This hotel is really new! Everything clean and new! All rooms has great pool and palms view! Great bar at the pool with tasty food and cocktails! We had perfect room with large bed, clean and new bathroom and small kitchen with microwave and refrigerator! I had birthday and hotel representatives provide me complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate. Girl who work only couple days in front desk was very nice! Her name Kierra! She is great! Thanks !

Nice place. Few minutes to all attractions of key west. Designated smoking area for the guests.

The location was pretty good but about 1.5 miles from downtown, could have been a little closer, but overall was excellent. I did see one hotel had a suttle that would have made our stay a 10.

Great setting on the water with nice beach & view!! Hotel & Rooms are very well designed & have all the right touches!! Great pool & nice outdoor bar with good menu!! Everyone was friendly & very attentive!!
