Lovely facilities. Clean and upscale. Huge room, great pool. Sweet Little beach. The hydration station should be a draft of filtered water, not hundreds of plastic water bottles. That is so irresponsible and makes so much trash.

The bathroom shower was gross and not properly cleaned. Also, a/c had a smell or urine.

I like everything cleanliness, the staff are very friendly and respectful and they always want to help on anything you need . Love that they have bottles of water at every floor in a fridge for my convenience and small ice bags in a freezer as many as you need. Very convenient .

When booking is says breakfast included, once we arrived they informed us they stopped doing breakfast and what they had was a little caffe in which they sold breakfast and lunch item separately. Staff were stingy when asking for blankets and pillows for the room, also blankets had yellow and red stains on them.

Just a nice place, big rooms, free parking. They took away the breakfast.

No complimentary breakfast. All the other 6 hotels we stayed in on our road trip offered free breakfast. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and it didn’t offer free breakfast

Paid full price put in the worst room behind a wall. No beach or pool view

Little challenge to enjoy by the pool side due to bug bite during evening hours.

Pool Waters at each hydration station were hot

The rooms were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The pool area was beautiful. We were lied to about several things. We were told prior to, and upon check-in that we would have continental breakfast included in our resort fee, and that was not true. There was no enforcement of any pool rules, and there was a very rambunctious group of children that basically took over the resort the last two days with that we were there.

Loved the location and amenities. It was beautifully designed and rooms very spacious. We paid and booked a water view and they tried to stick us at the lagoon and told us it was an upgrade. When he pointed at the parking lot away from the hotel I knew they must have either overbooked or see if would not notice or care. When I disputed and showed my booking confirmed with water view they quickly reversed and with upper management approval changed our room out. Just beware to other travelers to check your bookings to ensure you get the rooms you paid for.

The hotel was immaculate inside and outside. Away from bustling Duval Street but within easy drive to the attractions. Bottled waters and bags of ice were on each floor. Nice patios with modern furniture to enjoy the view. Nothing

The private beach is a plus! Also nice pool. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Hotel is beautiful.
