They were open and friendly, but if you didn't get in before 10 there was limited options.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is very nice and my baby loved it. I really enjoyed everything however it would be perfect if the hotel had a restaurant.

The property was exceptionally clean. All day long the staff is hard at work, serving us, the guests in all capacities. Pool side staff is exceptional. The food is made fresh to order, and priced well. This is a luxury hotel that you most certainly want to take your family to. The staff is top-notch. The rooms are nicely appointed, well decorated, cleaned every day to your individual specifications, whether it just be towel, replenishment bed makeup or a full room turnover. Bathrooms are generously sized. At the beaches edge you will find mangrove trees, iguanas, and an array of unique birds. If you’d like to snorkel, bring your gear you can walk in from the resort beach front. We will absolutely stay here again. The only thing that comes to mind is possibly extending the pool, sidebar and grill hours to stay open later. Every other aspect of this resort is phenomenal.

They charge you hidden fees that are not told to you until you check out the restaurant as you signed this piece of paper.And then has another one at the end.So you get charged double and things you didn't even forget they're still charging you.do not recommend this place, not unless you want extra bees.My stay was supposed to be 500 and something I ended up paying a 1000\With hidden fees The hidden fees that you don't know about until the end when you're checking out.

Mixed experience. On the plus side, it's a modern hotel with a great pool and bar setup, and the staff was super friendly throughout. On the downside, we got hit with an undisclosed $35 per person surcharge, allegedly for "services" like WiFi and parking, which felt exorbitant and should have been made clear upfront. Also worth noting, there's no beach access from the hotel.

Location and space.. The cottages we were ‘upgraded’ to for the 4 of us was very spacious but they are in desperate need for an refresh and were smelly… and we saw a lizard in the room… otherwise it was fantastic and a great place to stay.

The pace was amazing and beautiful; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in close proximity to all the places we visited. Just the fact that there wasn't an actual beach in front of the hotel

The Capitana has a nice pool area, but the whole experience was ruined by front desk staff overcharging and refusing to honor the Booking.com price during check-in. The front desk staff overcharging and refusing to honor the Booking.com price made our stay quite disappointing. The hotel charged $150 more (for three nights) than the Booking.com price which included all taxes and fees. So we were scammed out of $150. The front desk staff blamed Booking.com as being terrible and prone to making pricing mistakes, which is an absurd thing for the staff to say. Our room had bed bugs which is, of course, disgusting. Shampoo was not replenished even once by cleaning staff.

Great place, nice beach and pool area Food options quite limited they have a beach bar or breakfast kiosk but they don’t sell much. Far too much single use plastic used in the resort.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly helpful staff, quick efficient checkin followed by complimentary glass of champagne. The room is so spacious with complimentary coffee and water. Also has a fridge and microwave. The bed is comfortable, the AC works amazing and the sliding patio doors make way to beautiful scenery to sit back and relax and enjoy your morning cup of joe. The pool is crisp and clean. The beach area is perfect for relaxing and the pool bar staff are welcoming and inviting and make really good drinks. We also enjoyed the small touches of complimentary pool towels and complimentary frozen grapes to help you cool off while enjoying all the amenities this beautiful property has to offer. This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend. Also just a short uber ride to Duval, Mallory square, ect. We also enjoyed the perk of complimentary parking on site just find it alot easier to uber once your ready to head out to sight see. We loved everything about this property

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the property had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated how comfortable the space was and how easy it was to feel at home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. There is not anything not to like

Absolutely everything! From the gorgeous location and the spacious and beautiful rooms, to the wonderful facilities and incredibly helpful staff, made our vacation exceed our expectations. I cannot think of anything since we completely enjoyed our stay.
