We arrived late after traveling for 12 hours and the desk clerk wasn't very helpful. After we found our room I couldn't locate an ice machine, which surprised me for the price of the room. I was under the impression that breakfast was included based on what the website said, but we were told that it was not. It would have been most helpful to receive a map of the hotel since we were unfamiliar with this hotel. But I couldn't find one. What I thought would be good value for 1 night of rest, was very disappointing. On a positive note the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great place for family

The best hotel i have been with my family and the kids. The location is near to all attractions in the key west. The rooms are pretty large and bring good vibes. The pool is actually a junior olympic size which is greatly appreciated by all of us.

The hotel is physically nice, but we were mistakenly charged $55.53 for room service THAT WE DID NOT ORDER or RECEIVE. Reportedly, the day after we were there, they changed computer booking software and have been unable to "find" our reservation, and/or refund our money. Five weeks ago, we sent them proof of our stay, and the Room Service charges, and that has not helped. Now the manager is simply unresponsive to our emails and voicemails. Shame on him!

One of the days there was no cook therefore the restaurant had no lunch Bathtooms are dated and need remodeling It took the staff more than 25 minutes to help opening the umbrellas after multiple requests. Our room was spacious and beach access was great! Awesome for fishing! Cleaning staff was helpful.

Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Our room was very spacious, with lovely views overlooking the pool, and was comfortable and well-maintained throughout our stay. The pool area was a highlight—never overcrowded, and we were always able to find a seat and relax. The bar staff, especially Jeff and Ken, were fantastic. They were engaging, friendly, and helped create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local shops within walking distance. Duval Street was just a short 10-minute Uber ride away, making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer. Another big plus was the complimentary parking, which is becoming increasingly rare at hotels these days. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was convenient to a lot of eating/shopping, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was overpriced. Marketed as "water front," but the water is just a little inlet and you can't really see it from a ground level room.

The room was dated. The lighted wall mirror in the room did not work and no one ever came to look at it. The hallway smelled of mildew and they ran loud fans all day and night that did not help with the smell. The doors to the exterior of the building did not lock and we came back to our room with our room door left opened by housekeeping. This was a definite safety issue. There was no lid for the ice bucket, the coffee in the room was never replaced forcing us to go to the lobby for coffee that was empty most of the week. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed the entire week and was so dirty our feet were black from walking around the room the first day so we wore our flip flops constantly. The only positive comment I have is the girls that worked the snack bar were great and cooked delicious breakfasts every day.

The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. Walking distance to any place.

The highlight of our trip was Jeff at Tiki bar. Such a pleasant person and made great drinks!!!

There was mold in the entire shower. I live in Florida and know mold grows in showers but I spray cleaner in my shower and get rid of daily. Our room smells moldy and it was not something pleasant. I was happy it was only a one night stay. The man at checkout did not really care. I realize it was a holiday weekend and they were busy but I will never book a room at a Marriott again.
