Well kept, beautiful property with very helpful, knowledge staff n beautiful well equipped rooms

Loved the covered parking and plentiful waters/towels by the pool.

The staff was helpful when we asked for more towels and bedding. Always checked to make sure we had what we needed. Parking was always available. The pool area was very nice and even had a mini fridge with cold waters.

This place was Amazing so so gutted we only had one night, but what a night the whole complex was spot on

The only problem I had was with parking which is normal for a small town.

Great stay. Love the location, details in the room and size. Can't wait to go back.

Comfortable room with everything we needed

Check in was easy. Parking was easy. The room was excellent. Clean, updated and had kitchenette with everything you would need to cook a meal. The balcony view overlooks pool, the highway in front of hotel but also the water. It was beautiful.

The room was spotless, everything was clean and well maintained, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

My only concern came after checkout. I received conflicting messages suggesting that my reservation extended beyond my actual checkout date, and I was also sent a message addressed to another guest. This made me worry that the reservations had been mixed up and that I might be charged for additional nights. The issue appears to have been a communication or system error, but it caused unnecessary stress after an otherwise very enjoyable stay. Overall, I would still recommend the property, but the post-checkout communication and reservation records should be handled more carefully.

My family and I stayed at this place and loved it! The place was super clean, it had like a weird scent at first but maybe it was the seaweed that was rotting around that time. They always came in and cleaned the room and made the beds. The staff was super friendly and helped us check in early, everything was convenient and since the island is small, everything was relatively close. The pool chairs and pool itself were wonderful and always clean! I would definitely come back and I do recommend it!

Please don’t second guess your stay with this hotel. Everything was PERFECT! The suite was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Shopping stores and restaurants close by and the ocean view was beautiful. 3 miles from Duval Street. This will be a go to hotel when we are visiting the keys.

They only have one elevator and it takes forever, and they need more underground parking
