Staff is very nice and helpful.. the hotel is very nicee as well .. the only downside is that it doesn't have bar/restaurant

Room was clean staff very helpful. Balcony spacious. Ocean view excellent

Great place to stay!

The hotel was a nice surprise. The room was beautiful with a galley kitchen and comfortable living room. The beds are comfortable with a nice balcony and comfortable beds. Pool was warm and inviting. Would 100 percent stay here again.

Clean room

Really clean room. Pool was nice.. couldn't fault this place. Lovely views roads was a bit noisy but I booked knowing this so no complaints there.. would I stay here again big yes..

Muy bueno ubicación

Overall a nice place to stay at. However the front desk staff was hit or miss. When I enquired when my $ 250.00 deposit would be refunded, I was given a lackadazile response of it can take up to 30 days. The staff was truly not interested and I found their response to my question to be a rubber stamp response. I find this completely unacceptable. Perhaps you Expedia can help with expediting my deposit refund as I booked the reservation the you and not with the Lauretate directly.

Super friendly staff. The property and our room exceeded our expectations. I'd choose it again next time I travel,

I loved the fact that the property had 3 bedrooms with Queen and King beds and 3 full bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of six, which consisted of 3 couples, and nobody had to sleep in a twin bed. Each room had a balcony, and the water view was amazing. Kitchen was small but had everything needed to cook. I would stay there again.

I was so impressed with the check in (and they let me in early). They were attentive with towels or whatever we needed. The view was great and I will definitely be back again.

Clean, convenient, affordable, quiet, nice view and pool area. Very comfortable rooms and nice staff. Worth every penny!

We loved the room and location!

I only wish I could have stayed longer! It was a fantastic experience for only having been two days. I felt like it was almost a week long. It was great. The pool was nice. It was easy to get in and out of as I am disabled. I find it difficult to get around in and out of pool grounds sometimes. And this place was very handicap accessible. My only question to the entirety of Key West, what's with the chickens? (LOL!!)

I’m coming back soon

Great hospitality!!! Extraordinary friendly staff!!!

Great stay lovely pool and use of sister property. Rooms superb location great. Parking easy. We’ve stayed in a lot of Key West properties this is the best. Good value rates. If I had one complaint it is that the fridge freezer is too small.
