Margaritaville Beach House Key West

This was our second stay here and we've already booked our third trip for January. We loved how close the resort was to the airport, 5 minute ride with their friendly driver Bob! The beds are so comfortable in this resort. We had a two bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly traveling with my mom so she didn't have to stay in a room alone. The pool area is so beautiful, there are always plenty of towels. We loved the shuttle down to Old Town, we utilized it daily, Johnny is such a knowledgeable driver and shares tons of facts about Key West and great recommendations for restaurants etc.

The hotal is very comfy, I really appreciated staying in there, for sure I you book more times.

The property was well kept and maintained well. Love the shuttle busses to the airport and downtown area.

Everything that we needed and more was provided and available! Rooms were clean. Food was delicious! I would highly recommend and will stay there again on our next trip!

Food and drinks were the only flaw I saw. Quite pricey, but they were good.

Honestly was great . Staff was friendly. Our A/C turned off and would not turn back on called front desk someone was up few moments later ...it was 9 PM. Do super duper impressed. We would love to stay there again

The Room was very nice with an excellent view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

The margaritaville theme is great. The bar service was terrible 2 out of the 3 times that we went. The restaurant messed up 3 of our 4 meals. We went an entire day (7/9/26) with no water and no concession for the lack of water and the inconvenience that it caused. We did not go to the beach because of the sargassum, which we understand Margaritaville had no control over. The pool was extremely cloudy and uninviting.

However the main let down was the beach - we couldnt go on it for the duration of our stay (nearly a week) because of the awful smell caused by the sargassum. Please be aware of this if booking to go during the summer, it happens every year. I was upset because i paid to be near a beautiful beach that i couldnt use. However despite all those things, we had a wonderful time and would come back, but not to Margaritaville.

Staff was super nice and attentive if needed something. Clean facilities. Beautiful property. Room was great size. Our 3rd floor room was really the fourth floor and had to use the stairs a lot due to slow elevator. Could use more lighting in outside parking lot on left side and front corner.

We stayed one night and well into the next day beyond checkout at the pool. Staff was great easy to check in room was fine for the one night stay especially for the price. The staff allowed us to store luggage and hang out by the pool until we were able to move to another hotel and meet up with another party.The only complaint would be that the shuttle was not available like I thought it may be to go down to Duvall and come back. We waited for quite some time and ended up getting an Uber, so the savings that we anticipated did not come to fruition.
