Very nice owners. Clean and kept property. Recommend!

It was closed and we had Reservation booked to stay there. We received a call the day before our arrival telling us we had to find new accommodations. And it wasn’t even the country inn that informed us. It was comfort suites. Not to pleased

We checked in at 5:30 pm, walked the area to find something to eat for dinner at 6:30 and returned 8:00 pm or so. At that time, we noticed a sewer smell in the hotel/room that was unbearable. We stayed a couple of hours but couldn’t stay any longer because of the smell so we left at 11:15 pm. Please contact me to discuss a refund. Thanks!

very dirty, stains on every sheet and pillow, huge spider on the wall, mostly everything inside was made from plywood, not worth it!

Staff was helpful, lobby was clean, rooms were overall clean

The Staff were very kind both during check in and check out. Our room has partially used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There was a large layer of dust across the bottom shelf of the bathroom vanity ( which I didn’t see until the next morning when I was stepping out of the shower). We have previously stayed at this location many times when traveling, I’m not so sure we will be back. Best wishes .perhaps some attention to detail would help.

Yes room was very clean, but the bed and pillows need updated very uncomfortable

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean but had neither soap or shampoo. the shower was fair but no soap dish or anyplace to hang your rag up. The breakfast buffet was out of most stuff and the desk clerk blamed that on someone else and then said she was having to do it all.

hotel requires a deep cleaning. there was no tissues in the entire hotel. no shampoo in our room. swimming area cluttered with bottle tops. breafast meager.

The bath tub and shower curtain didn’t look the best. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was great but I wish there was a way to improve the inside. Pool was too cold to swim in.

The bed was hard, the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the cleanliness of the bath linen was suspect.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed on the 2nd floor. This time, all 3 of our rooms were on the 1st floor. It seems there had been some flooding. Bathroom doors wouldn't close properly and it just overall unclean on the floors.

It was disgusting. Bugs, used soap, hair in bathroom clumped behind toilet, toilet didn’t flush. The woman “in charge” of “monitoring” breakfast grabbed my son’s plate of food because he accidentally grabbed two plates. It was a horrific experience to say the least.
