Magic Tree Resort by Coolvacay

This was a nice property. Everything was very clean & in great condition. There was a Walmart right across the street so that was a plus. My only issue was the pool was not operational when we’re there but they did allow us to use another pool at a sister property a short distance away, so that was nice. If in the area we would stay again.

Everything was there that you needed The only thing I was disappointed in was we requested downstairs. We were upstairs. I know there is an elevator but we were in the opposite side, kinda inconvenient as we are in our mid 7O’s and my husband has a bad back and knees.

Air conditioner in Room 222 malfunctioning. Thermostat set at LOWEST temperature, reading 70 degrees, but was actually probably 77 degrees. The maintenance man came out and looked at it. Bedroom very stuffy. I live in Florida and keep my thermostat at 75 degrees at my home all the time and am comfortable. I would be freezing if it were actually 70 degrees. Luckily, In December, the nights are cool so that helped with the room temperature, so it was not bad. However, it would have been miserable in a warmer month.

Very convenient to Disney and to shops and off property restaurants.

Very Friendly Staff! Majority of guests were longtime owners and love this hidden gem. Older resort meticulously maintained. Great pool and amenities for the kids. Only 2 miles from Disney!! Will return soon We enjoyed everything about this property.
