This place really made the trip feel easy and enjoyable. The room itself felt like a little escape having a jacuzzi right inside was perfect after long days, and the balcony view of the lakes was honestly one of the highlights. It’s the kind of quiet, peaceful view you end up missing when you leave. The resort has plenty to keep you busy: mini golf, bike rentals, clean pools, and a water slide that keeps the kids entertained without you having to plan anything. The restaurant on-site is genuinely good too not just convenient, but something you’d actually look forward to.One thing I appreciated was the small market on the property. It’s clutch for last‑minute snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack. And being only about ten minutes from Disney World makes the location even better. You get the fun nearby, but still have a calm place to come back to.Overall, it’s one of those stays that feels relaxing, fun, and stress‑free from start to finish.

I love the property. It was very good to me and my family. I will visit at any time.

The Water stink, the tub didn’t drain when taking a shower, it was very old looking it gave 80s looks. I had a strong feelings housekeeping doesn’t deep clean based off the bathroom. They don’t throw way sheets that has stains because I had spots of dried blood. For the amount of money they collect, they can invest into bigger tv and upgrade the couch because it was peeling.

A very welcoming, attentive and caring culture.

It was great as always wonderful resort to visit

Room was not cleaned or restocked properly upon arrival. Housekeeping will only clean your room if you stay 2 weeks. My stay was 10 days and every time I called for towels or other supplies, it would take 2, 3, 4 phone calls because they wouldn't come.

A clean room, family friendly, staff.

We just finished an amazing 4-day stay and I can't recommend this resort enough! Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming. It was so much fun with tons to do, and we felt completely safe letting the kids explore and enjoy themselves.

The room had food under the pull out couch. The water stop working in bathroom. They charged 25$ per person for the water park which was the only reason I booked. The hot tub was dirty and you could literally see the dirt floating around. Every thing asked of the staff was sorry for the inconvenience maybe next time or unfortunately we can’t. Said to have 9 pools we could barely find 3 even on the map given. But that will for sure 100 percent be my first and last time there. The prices are decent but now I also see why. You get what you pay for and the staff represents it also. I will be making and uploaded videos of everything Via social media. 4/10 stay because my son and nephew still had fun but only because they don’t know what’s going on

We have stayed here numerous times and everything was wonderful. This time was different. We didn't realize our room was so far from the pool area. I have already voiced my opinion on maybe when reservations are made, there ought to be some notification as to what room/building is available before we reserve. We walked a long distance to the amenities. Upon arrival we found the room to be a bit outdated. We also found a roach in the sink. The noise level from the room next door was terrible, sometimes until 2am. The hours of the water park area are a bit restricted, especially during the summer. 11-8. We love this place but this visit was not we are used too.

This is the resort that I normally go to when I travel to Florida because one it’s close to Magic kingdom and I loved it the initials few times I’ve stayed, However lately it’s becoming a form of business with these Timeshare seminars and the presenters, feeling a form of being pressure to purchase one without trying to research information that isn’t given to you during the seminar, when you ask to give a few to do your own research they get upset and you feel a since of obligation to purchase when hence your reason for staying at the resort is to be on vacation and enjoy family time rather than taking up 90 minutes plus with a form of business. They offer amenities upon giving your time but the pressure, the attitude and everything that comes along with it is not needed. You have to call for house cleaning to change and clean your room daily, we stayed for four nights and I had to call for additional towels and to clean the room after day two but overall the resort is a good place to stay, it’s not that bad but there are a few things that can be fine tuned.
