I lived the location, amenities, staff and dining. The villa was AMAZING especially for the price. The Waterpark is very overpriced for guest who have paid to stay at the resort. Also it closes at 6 which is very bad for those families that book for one day and can't check in until 4pm. The Waterpark should be open the same time as all the other pools. I booked this resort specifically for the Waterpark which we couldn't use bc it closed shortly after check-in.

I been staying here for years and every time I come that I really enjoy this place

Clean, friendly staff, close to the parks, room with space for a whole family.

Property was clean and staff were friendly and happy to help.

They allowed Free early check in. The pools are heated and great. The only difficulty were the waterslides in the Water park had a lot of rules sizes so my kids had a difficult time riding because of the height requirements. There was a thing on being to tall or too short , a bit of a hassle they could only ride one slide out of the whole park . You have to pay daily for the warer park so it was $100 each day extra for the water park.

It was clean, well kept up, kinda hard to find our building but not bad. Didn't get to enjoy any amenities they should have offered us the ability to use them all day since we got there so late or a discount on our room. The sofa bed could be a better quality but it wasn't terrible

When I first got there, I was given a terrible room that had bead bugs all other the floor and smelled mildewy, and I was very upset for it was my granddaughters birthday, however they made it up to me by giving my family a very beautiful 2 bedroom suite fully equipped with a kitchen, I was so happy and had a beauty stay. Other than that, the property was outstanding, a fabulous water park on the property, a huge game room with a mirror maze, awesome restaurants on the property, fun things to do and not far from Disney or Universal Studios. No shuttle though from the airport nor to either of the parks but it didn’t cost much if you used Empire ride share program. We had an outstanding time at the Westgate Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL, I highly recommend this beautiful Resort/Timeshare property!
