Very nice very clean and very satisfying

The resort has many restaurants where to choose from. And so many activities for children and a big dog park. Wonderful!

Very clean and made the trip enjoyable. Great place to call home away from home.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The AC was not working properly, and I had to change rooms twice. The bathroom ceiling was also leaking, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I expected much better accommodations and service.

Friendly staff, convenient location.

It's an ok place to stay need an update renewal, do not operate like a hotel it operates as a villa rental center No Room house keeping included No sheets or towels replaced if not ask for it. water park is a separate cost . the daily resort charge is for things most people vacationing don't use. Is most targeted to time share or residential.

It was just raining ? the week we chose and the crazy part, when we check it didn't said it was but mother nature does what it wants. But we still made the best ? of our family time.

We had everything we need in the resort ,no need to go out

The rooms are quite outdated, with TVs that don’t support Netflix. The elevators are extremely hot, and the entire resort smells like weed. The arcade games are expensive, so it’s best to save your tokens for a while to avoid overspending. Additionally, the waterpark is not free; it costs $25 per person per day.

The Water park wasn't included.

For someone who’s never been here, this place is huge! It took me a good 24 hours of “exploring” to get a good grip on everything. They really do have just about anything you need there, if not it is directly across the Main Street from the biggest Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life! Perfect location for gift shops and waterparks Disney and everything else is close. The water park at the resort was the best! It’s FULL of different activities and water slides. The lazy man river was a fan favorite and we spent hours there! The property is beautiful and has wildlife. My son absolutely loved it and so did we, can’t wait to come back!

Well I paid for a hotel with a water park which is usually included in your stay and they wanted to charge me an extra 100 dollars to go in it. Also check in is way to late and check out is early. U only get 18 hours of stay not a full day.

Everything was going well until they asked me to do a meeting for 90 minutes I said it was ok but they said the info would be great and to past on and free breakfast once they were offering me a time share and I didn’t want to take it they kept pressuring me and send a person after another trying to get me to sign up the last person they sent was super rude and told me since I didn’t want to take the offer that I’m not welcome back anymore because this place if for people that hold a time share not no hotel so for the rest of my stay I felt weird and hoping I wouldn’t see that last lady but other then that it’s a cute place for families

When booking it said waterpark included but yet it was $25 a person extra to go to it. Also the first Mexican restaurant we didn’t receive complementary chips and salsa. The room was great though

Great for families with lots of entertainment for children of all ages. I would be aware of fees associated with stay. The water park admission is not included with your stay. The ice skating, daily kids activities, and arcade are also not included. It was nice for the purpose it served but probaly wouldn’t return.

If it’s a problem they do there best to fix it. NA
