Westgate Town Center Resort

Easy to get to security was polite and helpful Air conditioner was loud didn’t sleep well Ice machine didn’t work phone didn’t work. Called front desk from my cell to get ice front desk was excellent

my room was nice, not updated but good, tub was great, I fell sick over my vacation so didnt leave property...with that, the pool was unsupervised all night, alot of noise, screaming and flood lights until past pool hours...my TV remotes wouldn't work, nor the phone.. apparently there's a code..

It was nice and clean and the customer service was good. My room was extremely hot, due to the AC being out in our building. I asked to be moved, but they assured me the problem would be fixed. We didn’t get moved, so we had to sleep in that hot room. It was cooler outside than it was in our room. They ended up calling the next afternoon because of more issues and they changed our room. We were checking out the following morning, and just wanted to sleep comfortably. The jets in our jacuzzi tub didn’t work. We made the staff aware of this as well, as that was one of the amenities that we looked forward to having when we booked. This is the only time I’ve experienced this at Westgate.

Great stay, but if you are only a guest the waterpark is not included in your stay and will have to pay. You have to be a villa owner or member to have free access.

Everything there is meant for the owners. If you are not an owner of a property there good luck. You have to wait till 11am to be able to go in the water park. You sign up for their loyalty program and you don’t receive any of the discount because they are only for the owners. They do absolutely nothing to attract you to even want to come back except their ridiculous presentation to convince you to buy a property. They offer you $150 gift card and a free breakfast. I have a timeshare at Hilton and they don’t just think about the one that are already owners plus they offer you $350 gift card and discounts on everything. I would not go back to this property. Oh I almost fell on some loose tiles on the way to the pool.

The staff was also very nice and friendly and very accommodating and wanting to make sure our stay was a great experience and comfortable. I would come back here every time.
