Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown

Was accused of smoking marijuana or wearing marijuana perfume. No one in pur room smokes anything.

Super friendly staff, quiet, accommodating, will definitely stay again

All of this could have been avoided if we had been notified of the work in advance by email. It was a terrible experience. I hope the hotel finishes the construction soon; otherwise it will be a disaster for guests arriving for the upcoming Tennessee game.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Embassy Suite was very comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful and the breakfast delicious and hot. The location was perfect for why we were in Knoxville. We will definitely come back.

The room was good but the aircon was slightly noisy. It was also a bit smaller than it looked I. the photos. We used the rooftop pool which was nice if a bit small and the breakfast was also good. There is only valet parking available and this is extra. Good value for money overall.

Location Everything was good

This was a great place to stay moving my daughter back to University of Tennessee. The amenities were great and it was really nice to have the laundry service available 24 hours a day. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location! Right next to Market Square and tons of great shops, coffee places, ice cream, and restaurants all within steps. Also, I continue to be blown away by any Embassy Suites I stay at! The complimentary evening reception on the 14th floor of this location was the cherry on top! We will be staying here anytime we visit Knoxville in the future!

Clean and nice

The room was well located in downtown and close to most places that were worth visiting. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast which was included was head and shoulders above most hotel breakfasts.
