They didn’t honor our loyalty points because we used a third party to book, so that’s a bummer

The room was well located in downtown and close to most places that were worth visiting. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast which was included was head and shoulders above most hotel breakfasts.

I love the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and smell fresh. Even the lobby, eating areas, and hallways are spotless and smell fresh. Management is doing an excellent job of keeping this place in the best condition possible. The staff is amazing. They're friendly and helpful. Also, it's in the center of Gay street which is an excellent location for walking to restaurants and shops. The hallway near the elevators on the 2nd floor was a little warm, but other than that, no complaints.

The staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast team, they made breakfast a delight. The property was awesome and i loved the deep tub. I normally dont soak at hotels, but the tub was so inviting, that i couldnt resist. Great stay and definitely coming back

Spacious rooms . The rooms were amazing and very clean. Pool closed to early, little uncomfortable having to walk through a drinking lounge with kids to get to it and the fact it was only 3 ft deep. But still a beautiful view.

This is a great hotel in Knoxville. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They do have a dress code at the rooftop bar, which seemed odd becuase to get to the pool you have to walk through this area where staff members remind you of the dress code. There is no other way to get to the pool.

Was traveling with two teens for a campus tour and the King suite with separate bedroom was perfect! They had space to hang out without driving me crazy. Staff was super helpful and the property was tip top. Hate that we only stayed one night.
