Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown

I had booked 3 rooms and cancelled one by deadline and still got charged. How can this be resolved?

Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Slightly odd smell in the room. Probably just due to it being a historic building. Not enough to stop me from staying there again. And I’m someone very sensitive to smells.

Everything and location and lovely hotel. Go weekend's no public parking fees.

The welcome was so kind and professional, and it was easy peasy process. They reached out ahead of the date to let us know about early check in and late check out which was great infor that we took advantage of, of course :0) The lobby was beautiful and super clean. The room was also very clean and nice, bathroom as well and love the water pressure in the shower, like getting a massage :) They included breakfast, which had great selections, great food. The roof top deck was also very nice and great place to relax and see the city from a high view. Its centrally located and lots of fun places to visit and eat, just a few steps away. Its pet friendly, and our little Cavapoo was loved on by the staff and everyone :) Its reasonably priced and I highly recommend. We will visit again for sure

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Will def be back again if we visit again.

Perfect place

Great place. Beautiful decor. Great location and a parking garage down the street, so you don't have to use the $45 valet service.

Self park garage very close and essentially free if you park after 6pm instead of the $43 per night valet fee. Your welcome.

Location The valet parking was messy. In that we had not checked out, but the app no longer allowed s to request our car. A big annoyance. Fir the cost, they shouldn't annoy us. BTW, the acts vallet staff were great.

Great stay overall! Special thanks to Caleb at the front desk for being so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating with our requests. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Excellent customer service and a great first impression of the hotel. Thank you, Caleb!

My stay was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly… my only issue was my room did not have a view at all and I think I chose a view when I booked. There was literally a wall right outside the window. Other than that it’s in a great location, the free breakfast is a great touch because most places don’t do free breakfast anymore. I would recommend to others
