Enjoyed the historic feel and positive energy of the hotel. The staff was very professional and the rooftop bar was a plus.

Sneezing and runny nose once we got there. The coffee was sub par in the room, and had awful powdered creamer with the old Sweet n low. Room was nice yet air conditioner was positioned such that the air flew in your face as you walked across the room. Rooftop bar was beautiful and we enjoyed the cocktails. The service was awful however. We sat for over 20 minutes and no server ever came to our table. I had to walk to the bar and order the drinks myself. Valet parking was required at $49 per night. Valet did not offer to assist with luggage. We had a good time, but this location is not up to the Hyatt standard we are accustomed to.

I enjoyed a lot sleeping there the bed was so comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, the staff so friendly, and I specially liked the terrace, the drinks are great and the view is nice. I want to add the building is stunning I was out of coffee on my room the first day, I thought someone from the staff might come in to clean my room and re fill coffee and tea but no one cleaned my room on the 3 nights I stayed, it's not that bad, I would just have liked to have more coffee

We definitely plan to stay here again, next time we are in town.

Great hotel and a convenient location. Would recommend!

We only stayed one night. Lobby was beautiful but the guest room floors are older and awkwardly laid out. Breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I’ve encountered. Could use another elevator, as we consistently had to wait. Pillows were not comfortable but the beds were.

This is our second stay at Hyatt Place, mainly for the location which is front and center to all downtown shopping and activities! Hotel includes a well appointed breakfast, valet parking and access to Market Street! Will stay again whenever in Knoxville…highly recommended!
