Steps from Tennessee Theater! We were in town to see a show. Nothing. It was perfect.

Good location. Great staff. The aircon unit is in the room and it is ridiculously loud. Impossible to sleep. App on my phone measured it at 60 decibels. Nuts

The best place to stay if you are attending an event at the Tennessee Theater. Merely a few steps between the hotel and the theater.

Room was very nice. roof top dining was nice. Breakfast. I have had better at Fairfield Inn. I would highly recommend that when you pay 500.00/night for a room, the complimentary breakfast have real eggs and more variety of items. Come on, you mean you could not pay two to three guys to cook food up fresh? at most they cost 1500 for 4 hours. the place was full, I bet you made that in spades.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we were glad we chose this hotel. It was nicer than we expected, a great value, centrally located for easy walking around downtown, and had incredible views from the rooftop bar. The room was nice, we had no complaints.

The history and downtown experience

Nice hotel, good location NOT "pet friendly" as we were charged an extra $100 for one night with our small dog. This seems bait and switch - and Hyatt seems to do this in their various hotels. Also, top floor extra - zero view.
