The room was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect, close to many local attractions, some in walking distance. Most importantly, the entire staff was wonderful!

All was excellent

Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again. The only issue is road noise which I know is not their fault. They did give us ear plugs in the room which helped. We also used white noise on our phone. The room is spacious. Black out shades worked great.

We two senior ladies spent one night here because we wanted to see down town Knoxville on our return from Williamsburg to the FL Panhandle. The hotel was beautiful, the room spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast terrific. The only downside was the $30 parking fee. We walked to a riverside restaurant. Calhouns, good food and great view. Then along the river to the Vols campus and along the 1984 worlds fair site. A great visit.

One of the best stays from healthy breakfast options to clean facilities and friendly staff.

We checked into the room late on the evening. We entered our room and it smelled terrible. We had to turn on the thermostat to adjust the room temperature and it smelled even worse. I went to the front desk and requested a room change and was told they did not have any available rooms, even for an upgrade I was willing to pay for. So I requested a refund because I prepaid. I was told management needed to approve this request. The smell in the room made us not be able to complete our stay. Days later I requested a refund and was told I needed to go through Expedia which is who I booked through. Expedia said the hotel was not willing to offer a refund because I prepaid for the room. Unfortunately, this hotel did not offer me a refund even though the room smelled so bad. I was willing to change rooms or pay more for a different t room. I know things happen and cannot be immediately fixed so late at night, but it was also not my fault that the room smelled so bad. I also had another reservation at the same hotel they could have applied a credit towards, but they were unwilling to offer me any compensation.

Everything about the stay was good except that housekeeping never came to clean out the room or give us clean towels. Chris from the front seat was helpful and he made notes on it and also took the trash out for us and gave us clean towel.

Room was clean and breakfast was hot.

Upon check-in we were greeted with great customer service. The room itself could use some updates but the cleanliness surpassed the dingy room and we had a great stay.

The front desk clerk was wonderful! So helpful! Sorry I cannot recall his name.
