Clean, very accommodating and good breakfast.
-
Walkable to downtown. Just 2 blocks from First Baptist Knoxville. Great church. Clean and quiet. Would stay here again. Full size amenities.
-
The property was very nice.
-
Location and staff are great. Breakfast is ok. The carpet inside the room is damp and needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs a vent to air out the heat from the shower.
-
Our only complaint was the street noise. The cars were so loud outside our window all night long.

Clean , breakfast The beds

Perfect spot. Close to everything. You can walk to downtown or to the UT campus. It was a perfect stay. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and they greet you every time you enter. In the coffee is amazing.

Only issue was noise at night. Our room overlooked the back of the property where somewhat loud thumping music came from a vehicle that was parked out by the dumpsters for a little while. They eventually left. Not a big deal but was unexpected and unwelcome

The employees were so friendly. There was an older man that was cleaning, and he just put a smile on my face early in the morning. He gave excellent recommendations. And I had a good weekend. I feel like you guys went a little bit above and beyond for breakfast. The red velvet pancakes and the milk, alternative options. And all the sides.

Location and room rate. Parking was atrocious. Very, very limited and $30 a day.

Convenient parking and very friendly staff

We had a great day at the Hampton Inn suites downtown Knoxville. I actually left three garments of clothes in the closet after we already checked out. I called and they held them for me and really appreciate that the property was an excellent condition as well. I recommend this hotel.

I guess I expected it to be nicer or feel better maintained at this price point and since we were downtown. It felt like the Hampton Inn in Hope Arkansas (middle of nowhere) but much more expensive. Also, the windows were not reinforced so the street noise was terrible; motorcycles, cars, and souped up engines all night. I would not stay here again. I would spend the extra $100 to stay at a boutique hotel if we needed to stay in downtown Knoxville again.

Great location! The breakfast was good. The staff were nice and helpful!
-
The problem is that they know it’s noisy but don’t tell you prior to booking.
-
The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and easy to park. The internet was down much of one day. The pool is undergoing repairs and not available. Anyone staying in Downtown Knoxville should know that on weekend nights loud cars and motorcycles race around the streets in 1 or 2 in the morning. It's not the hotels fault, but if you need to sleep, bring your earplugs.
-
The staff were not very friendly. The AC in the room didn’t work well, so the room was stuffy and hot. There was also a giant strand of hair on the towels.
