I don't know about you but I expect either a smart TV I can beam my phone to, or movie channels. This hotel has neither. I don't want to sign into my Netflix or Prime accounts on hotel TVs. Otherwise, this hotel is nicely situated between the university and Market Square/Downtown

Have stayed here several times, and if your room faces the “city view”, the street noise is loud all day and all through the night.

Location can't be beat, especially if there's an event at World's Fair Park that you are attending. Also, the upgrade to Club member was worth every penny.

Very nice hotel. Exceptional stay! Only frustration with Marriott properties is why in 2026 do you not provide your customers with complementary coffee and water 24x7 like other hotel brands. It is ridiculous to have to wait in a line every morning to buy a $4 coffee and of course be prompted to leave a tip. Free the coffee and water please!

40.00 mandatory valet parking that was not in any way mentioned that was stuck onto the room bill at the end of our stay. We didn't get to check in till 10:30 that night and left at 5:00 a.m. the hotel manager was very arrogant and rude.

When you get there! Very noisy firetruck & ambulance has sirens all night long. We cannot sleep at all. terrible experience to stay in Tennessee state that allows sirens in the night.

Great and convenient place to stay. Breakfast was great. Bar was okay but expensive compared to nearby dining establishments.

The elevators and halls were not clean. The bathroom was too small. I will not book a stay with a Marriott again based on this experience.
