Loved the front desk crew. It was very clean and convenient for all the things we were traveling for. We stayed in the king suite with balcony what a beautiful view of the knoxville. I would say we would love a option to park somewhere and not valet but valet was great and wasn't a deal breaker.

The bed was not comfortable. There was also only one working elevator for the whole building.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I would definitely go back to this hotel the staff was excellent as well very welcoming

Construction outside our room was extremely noisy and started at 7am which we were not made aware of and only one elevator was working during weekend stay, however, service was friendly and very clean/maintained.
