We loved staying here! So clean and new feeling. Loved how close we were to campus as well! Would definitely stay here again!!

10 out of 10. Beautiful property nice and clise to UT. Great bar and food, beautiful rooms.
-
Room was great, lobby is beautiful, the restraunt was wonderful but the parking situation fully kills this hotel for me. All parking is "Valet Only" even if they park it 5 feet away, right out front. So, it's pay $50 for Valet parking or try to find street parking nearby. If that is the setup, make valet parking free and include it in the price of the room instead of springing a surprise $50 upcharge when you get there. It felt very slimy and put me off of my whole stay. Will certainly not return.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar area. Easy to check in. The lobby is beautiful, and smelled good (nice air freshener).
-
Very helpful staff and it was so convenient to make use of the on site restaurant and bar. The food and drink menu was very nice and the hospitality was great. One thing to note, valet parking is the only parking option. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of.

Quick over night stay was nice

I will always stay at this hotel when I come to town! Thank you Cumberland House!
-
Valet parking only $40 a night is ridiculous for this area. Cars were drag racing in garage across the street until after midnight parking attendant said it’s a normal thing every weekend. It was very loud. Sheets were scratchy.
-
I stayed the weekend for a business trip so I didn’t use any amenities or get breakfast . Staff was friendly room was nice and modern . If you don’t want valet there was free street parking around the hotel if you can find a vacant space . Great stay
-
The only complaint is that it is Valet Parking only at $50/day. However there is a free, unmonitored deck across the street.
-
Very reliable and convenient

Nice room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Clean, great staff

Everything about the hotel is GREAT except for the fact that there’s an active construction project immediately next door. We were awakened at 7am on a Saturday morning with loud banging, shouting, and the sound of metal pipes landing on concrete. When we pulled aside the drape, we were looking directly at multiple construction workers.
-
In the morning construction started outside my room just before 7am. Luckily he coffee pot was empty downstairs and the one person at the front desk indicated she would get to it when she had time. At $300/night, this property should be staffed better and more professionally. Absolutely don't recommend.

Very nice hotel with lots of potential. Checked in late and there was a long line. Agent at the desk was maybe new. Would stay again and give another chance. In a great location
-
Beautiful hotel right by campus!

Exceptional

I enjoyed my stay but parked on the street due to valet parking being only option for $45.00 a night.
