This was a lovely location and everyone was very helpful.

Very pleasant stay

I loved that they had a microwave where the icemaker is. You can reheat leftovers. The outside pool could use a heater, it was pretty cold, but we enjoyed everything and would stay there again.

Room was amazing. Very quiet. Super friendly staff and restaurant in hotel was great! Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here

Rooms are in need of updates. Bathroom corners didn’t seem clean and marks on bathroom walls. There was a very loud fan and two wet floor comes in the hallway during my stay. When I asked front desk they didn’t seem to know what it was for.

It’s in an amazing location and has an amazing restaurant, amazing pool, Starbucks in the lobby, and excellent staff!

Very clean room. Pool was clean. Exercise room was clean and convenient. Loved that the restaurant opened at 7 and there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was excellent. Easy parking and convenient location. The only negative was the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and my room was fine. What sold the property to me was the staff. Every single employee that I dealt with was amazing. They all went out of their way to help me and to make my stay perfect. I would stay there again and again.

My bathroom was dirty. Toilet and sink. The shower rod fell down while I was showering.

Our room was not ready till 6pm and the elevator was broken. Our room was 82 degrees when we finally got in it. I'm not one to leave bad comments so you know it was a problem

It is walkable to the Food City Center if you are accustomed to walking distances (a mile or more). After the show it would have been quicker to walk back than navigate traffic. There was a bottleneck at check in with the front desk and the elevators. They did open the service elevator to get more people through. There is onsite Starbucks and restaurant. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was top notch.

They charged me $225 additional and promised it would be sent right back into my bank account as soon as checked out. Then they tell me it will take 3-5 business days. Still nothing! It’s been 9 business days.
