I realize bell hops are a thing of the past but when two women 65 and 88 are struggling to get bags from a car, and two able bodied young men wearing hilton ids are watching them struggle and choose to be on their phones, and do not offer to help but keep their noses in their phones, it is just rude and lacking kindness. Not a great first impression. The desk staff are all awesome. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile, fun and engaging, each one! Valet guys appear lazy, uninterested, unhelpful and preoccupied.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive when we had issues with unruly fellow guests.

Great location in the downtown area. Easy to walk to the downtown market, Gay Street, the Volunteer Landing, etc. The property is very nice with a large and comfortable lobby, good restaurant and a Starbucks. The patio has some fire tables that would be nice in fall. We didn’t use them as it was summer and pretty hot.

Great stay, location was absolutely ideal.

Hotel needs renovation - our room was old and not very clean, they were renovating parts of the building so I am sure it will be much nicer eventually.

The stay was nice and staff was helpful. The lobby could get crowded. Valet parking got expensive the tips.
-
Clean room and close to everything.

Like most Hiltons we've stayed at before, the customer service was great! The hotel was very quiet overnight which is impressive given the size. We loved having a restaurant inside the hotel though the
