Ed was fantastic!!! Facilities were lovely and the location was perfect for us.

The staff was nice and accommodating.

We stayed one night and it was wonderful. Room was well appointed and warm. The staff was great. We especially appreciated the library bar - the smoked old fashions are delicious.

The bar is awesome with some very rare bourbons . However, our air conditioning in the room did not work well. My wife and I were both warmer than desired. When I asked the front desk person about the issue, he told us that the storm over night impacted the buildings air conditioning and that he would reimburse us for the amenity charges. That reimbursement did not show up yet 3 days later. Also, the water pressure was mediocre. I probably would not stay there given the price of the room and the less than 4 star experience.

It was a delightful experience. Even in the face of difficult problems with water and hot water, the staff was poised and ready to do whatever they could to make the stay more pleasant. The room had good lighting and excellent storage for all my things. Plenty of space for working, reading, and plenty of space to spread out in the lobby area too. Great location downtown. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out! Definitely recommend staying here! A wonderful place in Knoxville!!

Exceptional

Great location

Location short walk to downtown. Nice hotel, bar and restaurant lobby areas. Room was not replenshed upon arrival (per expected hotel standards). "Do not disturb" room door sign was ignored by housekeeping employee, who barged through door without even knocking or respecting the door sign.

Th hotel was in a great location for my needs. I have stayed in many 5star and luxury hotels. This one really needed attention to cleaning! The headboard had lots of dust, the shower glass had soap streaks on it, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was a lipstick stain on one of the glasses.

Wonderful stay in a great area

Great location. Rooms were modern and very clean. Staff and valet were also very nice!

Excellent service from the staff, complimentary sodas, Food at the restaurant was excellent. Wait for the valet was pretty long.

Great location. Cafe was nice and convenient. Bathroom door was difficult and wouldn’t shut completely. Room was a little dusty on top of bed and reading lights.

Beautiful hotel. We love breaking up our drive staying here and enjoying a dinner and breakfast on the 2nd floor.

Love the Tennessean! Great location to downtown Knoxville and the World’s Fair park. We had two great meals at the Drawing Room with great view of the Sunsphere. I want to go back for a smoked old fashion. The soap, lotion, and bath products smelled so nice I ordered them for my home. Will definitely stay again!
