Loved the golf cart taking us to dinner as well as showing us around the university. Great perk. Front desk notification when room is ready.

Location. Room nice too but not super. Food. 59 breakfast buffet an embarrassing setup. Food not warm. Not edible. Had dinner too. Friendly staff. We like wine and you have such a limited wine list. Even the coffee station near the lobby served Luke warm Americano and Latte we ended up not drinking much.

Nice clean room and great location near UT, Worlds Fair Site and Market Square Mall in downtown. The Worlds Fair left an easy walk via bridge across Henley Street to downtown. Short walk to UT Main Campus.

Great room and staff, BUT PARK YOURSELF OFF THE PROPERTY, and take a short Uber trip to the hotel. One nights is $42 plus valet tip, because only valet parking is available.

The property is extremely convenient to downtown Knoxville, including market Square and Gay Street as well as Nalon, Stadium and campus. The staff was extremely nice and helpful from start to finish. I absolutely Nothing, it was great

We were only there for 16 hours, but the staff was helpful, the room was lovely (especially the bathroom with a massive shower, spacious vanity, and separate toilet room), and the price was reasonable. Location is ideal for a visit to UT and market square.
