Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville Papermill Drive

The only thing I questioned was the rear entry door. It was never locked allowing anyone access to the building.

This is my go to when staying in Knoxville. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast hits the spot.

Unfortunately, the shower water pressure was unacceptably low. The water only trickled out, and it barely felt like we were showering. After a long day, a proper shower is something guests should be able to count on. This was a major disappointment and significantly affected our stay

Clean Close to where I was going

A very nice stop on our trip south. Friendly staff, nice clean room, and great breakfast. Also a great location with many dining options minutes away.

Breakfast was good but the waffle station line was always long. Only one machine so patience was key especially with travel basketball and baseball season. Would definitely stay again if we travel to the area in the future

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The elevators were quick - and there was a baseball tournament when I was there. My one criticism is the breakfast but thats consistent across the Hampton Inn brand, not just this hotel. The food quality has dropped noticeably over the years to the point where we no longer count that as a perk. All in all though, HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

This is my go-to place when I come to Knoxville.

Although we were only in the room for one night while traveling home, we were exhausted and it was great to walk into a clean, spacious and comfortable space where we could rest and rejuvenate for the next day’s drive. The shower was large and amazing, the bed was very comfortable. There were many restaurants within either walking or short driving distance, and easy access to the interstate. We slept too late to enjoy the breakfast, but I did enjoy the coffee! We would definitely stay here again.
