Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, and ok parking. It is in a tough spot to get to when traffic is busy.

We were in town for one night 7/25-26th. I can honestly say the girl at the front desk was an absolute gem! She is the epitome of perfect customer service and representation of your company. I spoke to her on the phone first, then in person. She had me laughing both times and was extremely helpful with our request. The rooms were spotless, bathroom was super clean, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch, food was prepared well. Only one complaint, there is a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. Lol Great all around. Would definitely stay here again.

While the hotel staff, Cat & Alexandra was amazing, very friendly...personable and yet professional..enrolling me in the IHG program and bringing comforters to my room for my kids..., the pool had way too much chlorine, my kids' eyes were burning red and I became nauseated and started coughing within 30minutes of entering the pool room. The bedroom was very clean and the ac was very cold. I thoroughly enjoyed the shower head options and the water stayed hot. The breakfast was hot and had plenty of varieties. My daughter enjoyed the pancake maker. Would have given a 5 start review if not for the pool issue..

Instead, you’ll likely end up parking in what can only be described as a dirt and mud field full of massive potholes behind the main lot. After rain, it becomes a muddy mess. If you drive a nice vehicle, be warned—this area is rough, poorly maintained, and not something I’d want to leave my car in. To make matters worse, you’ll be dragging your luggage through mud, dirt, gravel, and potholes just to get back to the hotel. Once you finally reach the building, you’ll discover that the rear entrance doors are locked, forcing you to walk all the way around to the front entrance to check in. For a major hotel brand, the parking and guest arrival experience is surprisingly inconvenient and poorly managed.

Booked last minute and late night. The manager at front desk was very welcoming and had all prepared as we arrived. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Big room (King) and good location for either downtown Knoxville or West Knoxville. Recommend!!

The room was relatively clean and everything appeared to be maintained well.

Kinda pricey for our limited stay

Quiet and comfortable room. Easy access from the interstate but without the crowds and noise. Close to restaurants, grocery, shopping. Breakfast is always a nice touch although it was nothing amazing. Will stay again.

Excellent stay!!

It was a typical Holiday Inn Express, nothing special.

The hotel is clean and the breafast buffet is better than most. We would stay there again but not have our room facing the freeway as you can hear cars all night long. Location was perfect for us to see our daughter at the University of Tennessee campus which is 4.5 miles away and easy drive.

Other than my room phone was not working correctly, the hotel is fabulous!

Great value Location is very convenient but right by a very busy highway so it’s loud, if that doesn’t bother you it’s a great place

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was quite good compared to most continental hotel breakfast options. The location was perfect for us getting to UT campus. We live with I40 in front 9f our house, so the minor road noise was soothing for us. Honestly, not a single thing waa against our expectations. There were a few things that could use some attention such as rusting light fixtures in the bathroom and paint touch up. But nothing that would cause me t9 be unhappy.

Booked two rooms for two nights through Engine LLC that do not even exist. Contacted Engine after checking in to notify them. The next evening they contacted me tha the property would allow me to change rooms to a comparable room to that I had booked. I informed the agent that we were at our function for the weekend and would not be back until later that evening at which point it would be a bigger inconvenience to gather our belongings and change rooms when we would be leaving the next morning. I informed them the reasonable concession is a refund or credit towards the reservation that I did not receive. The agent said they completely understood and would get back to me. The response received the morning of checkout was they felt like the reservation was honored….what?
