clean rooms and property. excellent toiletries. great staff, very helpful. breakfast was a great mix of hot and cold options. the only negative was entry/exit into hotel parking lot from kingston pike. it was always busy making it difficult to get in and out.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, and ok parking. It is in a tough spot to get to when traffic is busy.

The room was damp and musty, but clean. The location is ok if you’re doing anything on the UTK campus, but not ideal. However the price makes it worthwhile.
