Second time to stay here and another good experience. Great location and the front desk is very attentive. Nothing

The front desk gentleman was awesome, super kind and helpful. Lots of potential here if they clean up the kudzu and it’s very convenient for I-40 access. Again kudos for being pet friendly!

Breadkfast was very good/ I really like biscuits and gravy tried to check in at 1:10 PM and found that check in time was 2:00 or pay 25 dollars,. left to do other business and checked it late evening. did not know about 25 dollar fee or required check in time

The hotel was a nice stop at the end of a long day of travel. The check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Breakfast was nice with a good assortment of items to choose from. I personally only eat protein in the morning and the cheese omelets fit the bill. Not really a like or dislike but more of a consideration for the hotel. I travel with a CPAP machine. There is little consideration for this device in the queen room we stayed in. Be nice if hotels would start factoring this in. I really don't like setting my CPAP machine on the floor in hotels. I am sure I am not the only one.

It was close to downtown It was not clean. Our room was very humid leaving the sheets and towels damp. There was a moisture absorbing thing on the closet shelf that shows they know about it but it isn’t fixed. Also the light in the room did not work

Great stay.

Proximity to an event location, competitive price, clean room, exceptional staff went over and above expectations. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The adjacent property wasn’t well marked and it confused the UBER driver, walk from parking seemed unusually long (might have just been the heat).

Disappointing

Everything was clean. The sink in the bathroom seemed to be clogged, but we were only there one night so it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast selections were good for a free breakfast and they were pretty good. Better than most places I’ve been. Conveniently located right off of I-75. Great for an overnight stay & we would stay here again.

Only stayed for one night. Easy on and off the highway. Seemed like it was newly constructed, which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was decent, similar to most other hotels. King-size bed was very comfortable!
