Although the room was renovated, there was still drywall, dust along the baseboards and especially in every corner. I don’t know why they couldn’t have put a tall rack by the sink for a hand towel to dry your hands while they were doing the renovation. They make no effort to clean up the floors and people have to walk through a construction area at times to get to the elevator. The pillows were really horrible, the sheet on my bed was stained so I’m glad I brought sheets with me. There was a very particular odor that I can’t quite articulate, but it was not a pleasant odor. The gentleman that was at the desk to check us and told us we were getting an Marriott room at a red roof price. I laughed inside when I heard that because I know they would never have an I laughed inside when I heard that because I know they would never have a room that would be remotely even like the Marriott rooms. Overall, they have a lot of work to do to get me to come back there.

None I am very disappointed with my stay. I was not informed in advance that the hotel was undergoing construction. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep, and there was dust in the air that caused nasal irritation and difficulty breathing. Had I known about the construction, I would have chosen another hotel. I believe guests should be notified ahead about major renovations. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution, including compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and health concerns caused during my stay.

We were in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice . The night staff who checked us in was super friendly.

Great room Pool was green, gym not so good

Staff responded quickly when we reported the shower head was clogged. The room was clean. Bed was fine. Outside entrances were dirty. Especially, the back entrance. Wish there was a breakfast offering. The place is being converted into a Marriott and I doubt they will worry about much upkeep.

The place was going thru renovations. But it was quiet and staff was friendly
-
Location in proximity to the event I attended The batteries on my door lock died at 4am which meant if I left my room I had to wedge the door open. Not safe at all. The entire place smelled like weed and aerosol spray. It was kinda gross.

The staff here was beyond friendly made it feel a little like visiting family. Recently renovated so it’s modern and incredibly comfortable.

Clean nicely remodeled. The check in gentleman was very nice and helpful. I was not a fan of house keeping knocking on the door at 9:30am when checkout was at 11am. I asked them at tbe front desk when leaving what time checkout was he said 11am. I asked why the hell housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30am? He acted as if I were lying. I will never stay here again.

They are under renovations. They are doing a lot of work to make the place better considering this must be an old building. I spoke with one of the workers about it & he told me that it's not so much changing owners, but they are changing franchise. They will become a Marriot around end of summer or beginning of Fall. The room me and my friend stayed at looked presentably clean and comfortable. We didn't see any bed bugs or cockroaches during our stay, everything looked up to date and redone. We had a pleasant experience during our stay there even though we weren't expecting a whole lot, but I am happy we didn't receive a bad experience during our stay. I believe they are trying to make this place a lot better and whether you choose to give them a chance, it's up to you.

Staff were absolutely amazing!!! We loved our stay, only issue we had is that our ice machine didn’t work on our floor and we had to go to 1st floor for ice, hopefully they correct that soon! Lobby needs work…

Check in clerk was great as usual Check out clerk. And waking up to some excessively tool noise Tried to get on elevator twice to leave and both time with construction workers with hoppers on the elevator Very slow elevator Had to use stairs Gonna try Laquita next door on 6/13

Apparently the entire place was under construction with hammering and drilling in the room above my room at 7-8am. Called to make complaint to lobby, no phone in the room. Staff was not helpful with the construction issue, said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t allow me to do a late checkout. Constant knocking on my hotel door between 9-11am to see if I was checked out yet. Checkout is at 11, in my opinion they should have left me alone after the first knock at 9am until checkout time frame at 11am but no… 3 different people total came knocking at my door between 9-11am plus the construction noise that started between 7am-8am. Bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Terrible place to try and get proper rest.

Under a badly needed reconstruction but not noted when I made the reservation. Entire hotel was badly run down. Breakfast not available.

Staff were friendly. But room was not clean. Sheets were not clean. Ask for another room, and it was not that clean either. Property was not in great condition. Did seem like the safest place either.
