Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville Papermill Drive

I was so pleasantly surprised with my first stay here. The hotel is clean, new, well-maintained. The staff are abundant, friendly, helpful, and professional. I had zero issues. My room was pristine. The only thing they could improve is the gym. However, that’s pretty common wherever I go with mid-level tier hotels. I plan on staying at this hotel every time I travel to Knoxville. Can’t beat it for the price!

Easy access to the interstate The AC system won’t let you change the warm “ECO-friendly” settings they have locked in the thermostat. The desk will tell you to only change 1-2 degree at a time but it DID NOTHING for the room temperature. You have to have a fan with you to sleep cool.

Good location with easy access to the interstate. The AC units in the rooms won’t let you set them to your desired temperature. So, if you like to have a cool room to sleep then I strongly suggest you bring a fan. The AC system is terrible!!!

Clean, comfortable, pool was great but the flooring is very slippery and my two year old fell hitting her head. She is fine but it’s slippery even for adults.

did the housekeeping ladies not know we are going to stay for two nights? knock on the door while we force our daughter to take a nap for the final in the night after we just finish prelim and lunch.
