Outside patio area is very nice. Staff very friendly. The whole place was spotless.

Easy to get to, exceptionally clean room & property, incredibly kind and beyond helpful staff The price for one night was a little steep - especially with no continental breakfast. However, we also visited on a very busy weekend for Knoxville, so it was expected to be a higher rate.

Good place good value and easy on and off the highway.

Very clean and everyone super friendly. Michael at front desk and bar tender(sorry can't remember his name) was the best! Rooms were spacious and wonderful amenities! Wish there was a continental breakfast but would definitely stay again!!

We felt more storage would’ve been helpful on such a large room. Also would’ve been nice to have more bar/food prep area room, but that’s probably included if we had more of a suite. It was helpful having a microwave on the room. The coffee was an interesting setup, the large dispensers of coffee in the lobby tasted great, but we couldn’t get the keurig in our room to work. They also had a fancy $5/cup automated espresso machine downstairs which seemed obvious to everyone that it was overpriced. We tried it once and wished we had the money back. Another great feature in the hotel was the outdoor area, one of the things that drew us to this particular hotel. The seating was comfortable and there was definitely some road noise, but overall we enjoyed ending the night there.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my first stay here. The hotel is clean, new, well-maintained. The staff are abundant, friendly, helpful, and professional. I had zero issues. My room was pristine. The only thing they could improve is the gym. However, that’s pretty common wherever I go with mid-level tier hotels. I plan on staying at this hotel every time I travel to Knoxville. Can’t beat it for the price!

I do like the window curtain, easy to control to shut down.
