Great best in 12 years No sitting chairs in room. Sink cracked

It was clean , staff was friendly but construction going on in the parking lot and the pool was not in working order only was there for 1 night

Unfortunately, I decided to do the pay when you get there deal, but they decided to cancel my room before I got there because my credit card was locked, and they tried to charge it before I checked in, which was not supposed to happen. So they suck!

Very clean and room was comfortable. At the time, the parking lot was being repaved and all were required to enter from the back . No other issues

A few things would make me reconsider staying again. The beds were adequate, but by no means comfortable. Water pressure is also low. The kitchenettes are not stocked with any kitchen supplies. Note: Hawthorn Extended Stay is located inside the La Quinta Inn and Suites. This was a point of confusion when arriving since the outward facing signage is all the LaQuinta brand. Parking was not convenient because of construction, but that should clear up when the lot is paved again.

The room was very clean and the staff was very polite.

The room was very nice with plenty of space When I booked, it stated check in time as 2:00. We arrived at 2:30 and were told room was not ready and it would take 15 minutes. It took more than 30. Also, we discovered that both body wash bottles (sink and tub) were empty. Told front clerk about it at checkout.
