My room was clean, it’s just not maintained correctly. My sink was clogged, my bathroom need to be painted, grout around sink n tub was missing. The plugs on the lamps, don’t all work. Every time I left my room n returned, I was locked out. My key didn’t work. Had to go back to lobby n bother desk to program my card. Staff was very courteous n professional. Breakfast is decent. My bed was the best part of the trip. Sleep comfortably like a baby. Parking was also great. Wherever you park there was an entrance/exit to get in or leave.

We enjoyed the free breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. It was fine for our short stay.

Breakfast was the best thing. The property needs repairs and replacements.

Bed and bathroom were clean - I'm thankful for that. Floor was dirty, but I wear shoes so I dealt with that. But the property could've been safer. The windows in my first floor room opened and would not lock, so I had to sleep unprotected right next to the parking lot with all the construction trucks. I asked the front desk clerk who said they 'shouldn't open', but I had already slid them open myself. I'm a female traveling alone and shouldn't have been placed in the first room next to the side entrance door, but I booked late and maybe they were full. For that reason, I didn't press the issue, plus I didn't need maintenance coming and being aware that I was vulnerable. Desk lady didn't seem too concerned. That side door also was not locked at 1030 p.m. when I returned from work. Curtains do not close, they are mounted only halfway. Sheers didn't provide much privacy so I had to change clothes in my bathroom and keep room lights off so no one could see inside. Like another customer, I had bright lot lights shining right in.

The hotel is old and needs upgrading. Bathroom shower head old and bath drain clogged. No bread was available at Breakfast and when asked, I was told the boss would bring later. Front desk personnel and breakfast manager was arguing as to why it was not reported from the day before. Hot water was cold and had to ask to replenish. a young lady with an open firearm was standing in front of the entrance with a hoody over her head steering in pace. While this is an open state carrier of a firearm it was a bit of a concern for safety with such display.

The stay was pretty good. Everything was clean except for the bathroom wall. When you sit down to use the bathroom, and look straight ahead at the toilet paper, you can helo but notice several "boogers" on the wall. I know maids have a cleaning routine, but sometimes doing a quick lookover is neccessary. It was gross to say the least. I was surprised at the lack of regular upkeep with some of the bathroom areas. Around the door frame, the paint was peeling so bad and rust was shining through. The shower head and curtain rod were also rusted. Pillows were fine, but the bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast had a pretty good selection. I loved the area, as it was super close to everything (walkable). Nothing too major wrong with this hotel and I would consider staying again.
