I liked the temperature of the pool. Perfect temperature for my infant.

Tired and well used, staff are excellent, but the hotel could use a refresh.

Wonderful location and nice hotel. Could be more than what it is. Needs paint, more patio seating at the restaurant, and more standard poolside service. A few changes and this could be a top La Jolla resort.

Love the location and room was clean. Also the breakfast was very good. Would stay again for sure.

Great location and staff and very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean, Bar service and quality of cocktails is just ok. Two free house drinks a day is a nice touch.

There was a fenced porch, no view.

Also little dated. Carpet though out the place even in the rooms.

Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. When we booked, only a room with one king bed was available, so we requested a rollaway bed for the kids. Although I asked for it during check-in, the first rollaway wasn’t delivered until very late in the evening and had an unpleasant odor. After walking to the front desk, the staff quickly resolved the issue by delivering a clean replacement, which I appreciated. The pool area was very clean, and our kids had an absolute blast swimming during our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The excellent customer service, clean facilities, and spacious room made for an enjoyable stay. The delay with the rollaway bed was the only significant inconvenience, but the staff handled the issue promptly once it was brought to their attention.

great relaxing place to stay! The only downfall is there are no food options anywhere within walking distance except the overpriced hotel food.

Shower did not work try to get a pot of coffee and some creamer in the morning which was an ordeal And the person who answered the phone after an hour of trying to get through to somebody just hung up on me don’t stay here. There’s better places in DEL MAR.
