Friendly, nice, clean great breakfast

The area was a bit dicey! but The place was decent. It’s just a very old establishment. So it smelled musty. We had ants on the nightstand the first night. They sprayed and took care of it. I was un happy that they didn’t clean my room when I was out. Even when I asked at the front desk. Pool was closed all weekend. Fair

The rooms were nice and the staff members were nice. However, I stayed for 5 nights and the indoor pool was out of service the entire time. Also, my second to last day, we went down for breakfast at 7am (it should be open at 6) and nothing was out. I was told that an employee didn't show up. Someone else tried to put out some food so we came back a half hour later and there was some food. On our last day, we went to breakfast late since we were checking out and at 8:30 most of the food was gone. No orange juice, no breakfast meat or potatoes, no milk for cereal, etc. We had a bagel with some spread but they decided to stop adding food. Even though the room was nice, I will never go there again especially since there are a lot of other hotels in the area.

The hotel advertised amenities, but there were essentially none available during our stay. Housekeeping did not clean our room, empty the trash, replenish towels, or restock any basic supplies. We had to go without the services that should be expected when staying at a hotel. Overall, the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Wonderful staff but a closed pool in Summer not great and it looked fine not sure why its closed.

Breakfast was really good. But I noticed that there was never anyone at the front desk. I called and got no answer.

The room had a bad smell to it. House keeping never serviced the room during my stay. Plenty of parking.

This particular hotel needs updating. Marriott in general always gives good service. The room was clean snd quiet, very good pillows for sleeping!

Great facility to go to

The hotel was okay. They really need to clean the furniture a lot better or get new pieces. It could definitely be cleaner. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. The pool was still out of order. It was an okay stay overall.

The room was nice, the staff was kind. We were only disappointed by the pool being out of order. We would stay here again though! Great place

Close to all the attractions, entertainment, and food. Staff is so friendly and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
