Great and clean

Clean Rooms! Very nice, convenient, and quiet area! I really enjoyed staying here! 10/10 would come back again!

Amazing service breakfast was great

The room including the carpet was damp and musty. There was a bad odor in the room.

$300 in the negative it’s not a good experience and no one is able to help us understand why they took out $300 Nothing was damaged in our room.

Overall great stay! Breakfast and pool were great. The tub was slippery and the iron leaked water were the only negatives.

Everything seemed fine. I’ve stayed at this hotel before. But last night sucked. A bunch of drunk kids were on the same floor and were having a party. Called the front desk and the gave me the run around. Finally I called and requested the police be called and the kids removed and they finally did it. That was after 2 pm. Got very little sleep. I blame the staff for not taking care of this on the front end. They were obviously young and had already been kicked out of the pool.

Breakfast limited but quality and better .

This property was a little hard to find as it was tucked behind other businesses. Once there it was clean, and suitable.

They must have recently remodeled we were on the first floor in a Brewer was like brand new very nice bathroom very nice room with two queen beds very comfortable sleeping lots of pillows pools nice and warm pretty decent breakfast. Staff very friendly, which stay there again.

The property looks great from what I saw. My TV didn't work half work. The phone was dead. And the manager is not helpful. I accidentally booked the room at 11:00 p.m. for the night. I didn't need that night but I needed the next night. Within 5 to 7 minutes I was trying to get this corrected. But apparently Holiday Inn or the manager that works here does not do any type of refund or care if you made any type of mistake. I did rebook for the correct night while waiting for a response thinking it would be corrected, but I won't be back. It was less than a 7 minutes I tried canceling because I made a mistake and that $114 was more important than getting repeat business. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed the night i needed. So just be warned if you make a mistake you will pay for it because they're not going to refund you. Good luck and enjoy.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. The only issue was that I could not get curtains to work. I tried calling the desk for an hour and a half and no one ever answered.

The cleanliness of the room Everything was great no complaints

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.The staff was great.The young lady at checkin was very helpful and courteous.The breakfast was really good as well,they serve a hot/cold breakfast with plenty options.We booked because we had a city wide outage and my children and I absolutely can not take this summer heat.

Location Was a dump.
