I had a question about my bill and property manager Spencer Harmon got personally involved and resolved the issue. The entire staff was responsive and polite. Great views from the Rooftop restaurant.

Celebrated my anniversary and it was amazing!

Great location! So many beautiful coves nearby and everything is walkable! There is also stops close by to ride the trolley for free! Staff was hospitable and kind and really made our stay special! Beautiful hotel inside and out, we will definitely be back:)

This place is an amazing stay in Laguna Beach. I would recommend it.

Nathan was exceptional! So helpful in making our brief stay as smooth as possible. The location/view is spectacular on ocean side and nearby viewing of sunset unforgettable. Room was very small but for our one night, no issue. Beautiful decor, large stone shower, faucet needs minor repair. I would recommend.

Really cute boutique hotel steps from the beach. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the sunset. Staff was super friendly, they gave out towels and water for the beach. Very happy they had a parking included not too far from the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is in a great location and walkable together really good restaurants and the beach. The rooftop bar was kinda cool but I felt it was overpriced and the food was lukewarm warm or cold. Drinks were really good but priced kinda high. The hotel room was clean but very small and the ac was a loud portable one so it was hard to get much sleep because we had to chose between a hot room or a loud ac. No coffee in the room which was okay because they have it down in the lobby and maybe it was just bad timing but went to get a cup 30 minutes before our brunch reservation and the worker said he just started a new batch and it would be ready in a few minutes. I came back 3 times in that 30 minutes and it was still brewing so ended up just buying a couple cups at brunch. Would not stay here again unless I had no other choice.

I had a beautiful experience at the hotel. It was so lovely. The people were so kind and I just enjoyed it very much.

Staff was great and so is the rooftop bar, however they haven’t upgraded the rooms in a long while and the portable air conditioning units are extremely loud, and walls are paper thin.

Staff was amazing! Always so kind whenever you asked them for anything and also gave us some tips on things to do in the area and let us know about the local trolley.
-
Great location and really friendly helpful staff. Spanish queen rooms are small and on the older size but the team have added air con machines and other nice touches to try enhance the experience.

We did not stay! It was not clean and smelled dirty. We could hear everything in the room next to ours especially the TV. Unfortunately i paid and we are having a hard time with a refund! The only good thing was Nathan, the guy at the desk! He kept trying to make us happy but we just had to leave! It is old and the rooms are really small.

Overall, the cost of the stay (483$) for one night did not match the expectation. It is a boutique hotel, but appeared to be run down. During the night, loud noises of water pipes banging, people flushing their toilets and showering. Caulk splattered around the bathroom appliances, mirrors rusty and faded. All this adds to the character of an old hotel, but not for the cost.
