Capri Laguna on the Beach

The property is gorgeous. Right on the water, sand and sea right there. Only thing bad was noise from the traffic. Very clean and nice staff.

The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the great views and free breakfast. The staff was great and helpful. The location is great close to restaurants. We will definitely return again.

Such a great place to stay! We didn’t even need a rental car bc it was a great location!!!! We absolutely loved this gem!

The hotel staff was absolutely outstanding! Especially Niki and Bashir. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. We loved our stay. Our room was clean and well equipped with the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. We really enjoyed the free coffee and espresso machine from the lobby. This hotel is literally on the beach and has amazing views. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay.

The over all customer service was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. From the time we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and heartfelt service at the desk (at all times) by Morgan and/or Esme. These ladies were wonderful and very polite. They were most generous with the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. And the facility was also very clean. The hotel housekeepers Rocio and Gia were always on the job. They were super friendly, polite, and very attentive to the customers. They always had a warm smile and they worked hard non stop. These ladies were amazing. And the General Manager Nick…. This guy….! Nick is awesome. He called us by name and remember them. He made sure that we were taken care of. It’s a saying that, employees are a direct reflection of their leader…well Nick is a great leader and his staff are top notch. I would absolutely visit Capri Laguna again. I thought at first that the hotel was quite pricey, but after saying for two days….it was well worth the money.

Location

We had a wonderful stay at Capri Laguna! We absolutely loved our time here. This was our second stay at the property. Nick and Bachir were so nice and thoughtful to our family. We enjoyed the pool, the beach (Jose helped us out with an umbrella and chairs), breakfast, and you can’t beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and we love the sound of the waves crashing at night. Parking was accessible too. We felt right at home. Thanks Bachir and Nick for a wonderful visit and hope to see you again soon!

This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel during the summer. Love that it’s on the beach and they have a heated pool! Ocean front view is amazing and me and my daughter love it!! Will be back again next year during summer break.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Capri. The heated pool was great, the staff friendly and professional. We upgraded to ocean front suite and it was beautiful. This hotel makes you feel like you are at Capri in Italy. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were nice. You can walk everywhere and the free trolley is right out front.

Casual, cute hotel with Mediterranean vibes. Warm water pool and steps from your room to the beach. Sunbathe on the beach, or the super helpful young man on staff down by the beach can set up a umbrella, table and chairs for you on the beach! Trolley stop right next to the hotel to explore the whole Laguna beach area. Great find.

Hotel was great, very clean and staff were very friendly. Absolutely amazing ocean views from the hotel with plenty of tables and chairs for people to use. Only negative is the steps leading to our room we're very deceiving which caused myself and friend to misstep many times. The top stair should color coordinate with the remaining stairs (have a black strip) so it does not blend with he top floor. See picture for reference. Otherwise, was a beautiful hotel.

The room smelled so bad from the portable AC unit we left a day early. Change the filter or drain the water someday! Horrible experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located near great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore Laguna Beach. If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with outstanding service and beautiful views, I highly recommend Capri Laguna. We can't wait to come back!
