Cute little rooms and well maintained. Parking is a bit expensive and is first come first serve.

Breakfast wasn't elaborate (it would have been nice to have yogurt or cereal available or other fruits than just apples) but we enjoyed the evening tea time with the delicious biscuits. The salt water pool was clean and nicely heated. The only frustrating issue was with the TV, as other guests mentioned on this link. We couldn't figure out how to use it (even changing channels) and when we decided to use our Netflix account, even getting to that was a challenge. Overall we intend to return to this area and will stay here!

hotel was updated, well designed. Really pleased that they offered us beach chairs and umbrella free of charge for use at the beach, as well as a tote, cooler and towels - bravo ! Bikes were also available we just ran out of time to use them. Also appreciated the complimentary cookies, coffee and pastries, as well as premium water in our room. would have loved a chair in the room - otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful property, with great amenities. The parking was a bit tight.

The hotel is lovely. The double full bed room was tight for a family of 4. One morning around 9 am they ran out of regular coffee and did not replenish. At the end of the stay there were occupancy taxes and fees added that were not listed on booking.com, the bill is hard to figure out but believe they also overcharged us for the room. Regular coffee instead of these coffee style tea bags. Up front charges listed on booking.com

everything! the lady from mexico city was great! and soo friendly! and the other lady not sure her name but she has glasses! awesome people! we did ask the cleaners to clean our room and they did not .

It took more than 48 hours and multiple attempts to finally get a manager to call us back. The staff members we spoke with were incredibly rude. We were repeatedly talked over, had voices raised at us, and were given conflicting and false information. Most seriously, we were DOUBLE CHARGED for our stay. We paid at checkout, then three days later the hotel manually entered my husband’s credit card number and charged us again for an amount even higher than the cost of our stay. The manager offered no meaningful help and repeatedly insisted the second transaction was a “hold,” despite our bank confirming it was an actual completed charge. Our bank has advised us on next steps to dispute and escalate the unauthorized charge, and we are pursuing every available avenue. What is most upsetting is the complete lack of urgency or concern. A guest should not have to spend days chasing down management after being charged twice, only to be dismissed and told nothing can be done. Woods Cove Inn is a beautiful property, which makes this even more disappointing. The room was fantastic, featuring great complimentary amenities to enjoy—such as bicycles, a swimming pool, and a cozy sofa perfect for watching the sunset. The location was excellent and convenient, offering a beautiful view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist whenever we needed help The room is rather small, so it feels quite cramped if you have a lot of belongings. The air conditioner is noisy, and the TV doesn't support Netflix or standard screen mirroring. We even downloaded the Google Cast app and purchased a VIP subscription, yet the connection remained very slow and prone to lagging

Great stay! Very cute and well kept!

This property was outstanding. From the moment you walked in all the way down to the little details within the hotel room made it very easy to stay. I almost wanted to extend in my stay. I love the decor of the hotel rooms. The beds are very nice and so were the bathrooms. Also, the best part about everything was at the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that I did not like, is that the fact that the Wi-Fi was iffy.
