I dont want to leave a review for fear of this place being discovered, but our stay was too good not to! The staff was incredibly kind, the hotel was so charming. We were concerned about our garden room being constricting, but it wasn't too small for 2 people. Wherever you are at this hotel you can see the ocean.

I love this little boutique hotel. Staff are so friendly and offer many personal touches.

Good breakfast but limited dairy free options. Parking spots are super tight so beware. Not for the faint of heart! Overall good place for a short stay.

Celebrated our mini honeymoon and we loved it.

In addition to our room charge, an extra resort fee of $40 per day got us: Parking on site; European styled breakfast each morning from 7am to 10am; Welcome Sangrias; Wi-Fi; Chocolate chip cookies each night; Beach chairs and umbrellas! The property is a well maintained European styled (Italian) quant small get-a-way resort! Parking is a premium in Laguna Beach, so having parking on site was very nice. I think the property only has 26 rooms, so it doesn’t feel like a large commercial property. It has a heated swimming pool (83 degrees), a sauna, and nicely secluded lounge area. We opted for the extra wellness treatment (for two people) which was a jacuzzi with mineral water. The property also offers single and couples messages. From the street you would not know that this luxurious place existed! It’s a hidden gem. There is a quant internal courtyard for meals where we dined for breakfast each day. The meals were fresh, warm, prepared well, served by great hostesses. We also enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice, hot coffee, iced lemon water and several other niceties. The property is a historic landmark, so it doesn’t have access for wheel chairs or walkers. A great resort overall!

Our mother-daughter weekend at Casa Laguna was absolutely perfect! The hotel is quaint, charming, and has such a beautiful, warm atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Kimmy- she was so kind and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the fresh-baked cookies in the evening were such a thoughtful touch. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Booked a night here last minute around 8pm. When we got in, we were so kindly welcomed by Cody who let us know he gave us an unexpected upgrade. He walked us to our room which is in itself such a calming experience as you get to see the property. This hotel is a must stay not only for the kindness of staff, but the details here are remarkable. If you are familiar with the Will Guidara concept of Unreasonable Hospitality…let me tell you this hotel has it (and that’s a good thing)!
