Disappointing room service and housekeeping. The fridge was completely empty on arrival, the duvet was dirty, and staff brought the wrong items when we asked for snacks. Housekeeping failed to restock bathroom amenities like shaving gel or a toothbrush on day two, and they put the same dirty duvet back on the bed instead of replacing it. We won't be returning for our next business trip.

Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente or Laguna Beach. We live in Venice beach only a little over 1 hour away and this felt like a nice vacation!!

We went here for our anniversary - the room and staff were fantastic. The patio fire pit is wonderful for relaxing.

Only one set of toothbrushes was provided, and despite calling the front desk, we never received an additional set. Additionally, the $75 parking fee feels excessive. The view is fantastic!
