#312 was still dirty the restroom still had soap scum on the shower and the sink was dirty the mirror was dirty like someone had used it and wasn’t cleaned properly felt disgusting were the sheets even changed my daughter had to use the top sheet from the bed to lay on the pull out couch there was no sheets on the pull out bed stains on the sheets.. All we wanted to do was chill we brought my daughter for college and this was our first experience dissatisfying

I’m a little upset about the $15 a day parking fee

We've stayed at this BW for the past two years while we attend The Pagent of the Masters . . straight shot on PCH to Laguna. Our suite is roomy & love the air conditioning, just the right amount of 'cool'. AND another plus is your specialty coffee machine in the breakfast area . . I'm spoiled with your lattes!! We'll be back . . .

We were in the double queen suite room 234. Not at all worth the price. The bathtub had disgusting calcium/lime/rust in the jacuzzi jets and black hairs on tub and toilet. I suspect that’s a health department issue. The AC cooled the room with the couch in it but the vent to the bedroom wasn’t working well, tried to close other vents but the vents were broken. So the bedroom area was hot at night. We asked for a fan which was delivered, a fan that smelled like cigarette smoke and make a terrible noise all night when oscillating. The drapes had stains. There was water damage to all dressers which was tacky where the laminate wood was lifted and bubbled up, super gross. The vents with the AC had mold spores on it and along the ceiling. We all have asthma so that was problematic. Nobody picked up our trash or delivered fresh coffee pods for 4 days. All the furniture had stains from god knows what. The breakfast was OK but not great. The pool was nice. The staff was lovely but just couldn’t make up for the run down conditions of the property which clearly need updated. There was (I think) pet hair everywhere, dank smells. Otherwise the bed and pillows were comfy. The chairs on the balcony were nasty. Wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend.

We made a reservation through Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation and they contacted the hotel and they wouldn’t allow the reservation to be canceled. We’ve stayed there probably 10 times in the past and tried to contact them to see if they would cancel or give us a credit and they refused. We will not be going back again.

The location was very close to the beach and eating areas. Loved having a breakfast included with many options.

The pool was small, parking lot was small, the shower was to small. I picked a room with a balcony got a room with nothing. The eggs for breakfast where watery.

The protein (wet sausage patties)and hot breakfast was marginal. Coffee was good. Daily Parking fees were a surprise and should not exist. $25/ day which then start you wonder about value.

Room was clean, but soap dispenser in shower was empty. A microwave in the room would have been nice.

There was a lot of road noise in the room we stayed in. Also, it would’ve been nice if they had an ice machine at each level the complex .

The close proximity to Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor. The price was great. The included breakfast was good and just enough for my three sons. Staff was very friendly. The beds were uncomfortable. The pet relief area needs to be updated with grass and not gravel. It is just outside of the parking structure. I went out around 6:30 am with my dog and sons to walk and relieve my lab and there was some less than desirable activity going on with what seemed to be a vagrant engaging in drug activity. Not what I want my sons exposed to. If my husband were not with us, he is usually gone alone of the Summer because he is a firefighter, I would not have stayed here. He walked our dog at night and encountered the same sort of activity.

The staff was excellent. The coffee for breakfast was very good. The location for our needs was fine. It could have been cleaner. The in room coffee maker was filthy. The hotel was dated and dirty in some area.

Pool was super small but your in walking distance from the beach.

The staff was very sweet and inviting. Overall quite and anything we asked for they had and delivered speedy service. Absolutely loved the location. Close to family friendly area on the beach, but only a short 5 minute drive and your by a beautiful beach that's more secluded Definitely needs some upgrades. Mold in shower and on the window curtains. Trash left over from previous guests. Rust and mold was kinda everywhere

The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. Rooms appear to have been recently painted and carpeted. Overall better than expected.
