The staff was very friendly. On the 2nd to last day, the keys stopped working on 3 of the 4 rooms we rented. That was strange but the front desk was able to give new keys to all 3 rooms who experienced it.

Free breakfast, good location. Jackhammering literally right outside our window starting at 9am on both Saturday and Sunday. The construction also triggered several car alarms to go off. So noisy!

The room was clean. Most importantly the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Check in was great, staff at front desk was fine. Housekeeping and the level of cleanliness was really, really poor. Housekeeping didn’t come by for four days, even when we were out of the room the great portion of the day. And when housekeeping didn’t come, it was disgusting. Even when we asked the front desk for housekeeping to clean the room all we got was towels set just inside the door of the room. Other than giving us clean towels and a new soap bar, nothing else was clean. Sheets needed to be changed, room needed light vacuuming, garbages needed to by emptied, nothing was done. For the price I was paying it was a very disappointing stay.

Everything was fine except the AC didn’t work for a while and then when we wanted to watch TV, the remote or the TV itself didn’t work properly. When we asked for another remote the staff member who brought one over was very unpleasant.

Staff was great. Full breakfast, was ok. Room was nice size and good quality, but you can't get past the noise. Train comes by every hour on the half hour and blows it ts horn! I mean 1:30am and on, it's still going...

Clean room - we missed the luggage rack - the food was perfect for breakfast - great staff and great proximity to the Coach House!

Great accommodations and the cleanliness. A very peaceful place to stay. Thank you!! The height of the toilet bowl is too low for adults. That should have been regarded highly when the planning of construction, renovation, or installation took place. The height is for a 5th grader. Sorry to say.
