Breakfast was great, the room was big, the view was pretty, the beds were comfortable, liquid hand soap was provided. We had to kill a few bugs. It didn’t feel like the room was dirty- it just felt like the room was old

The shower in room 101 appears to be broken. The hand held head cannot be attached to the top bracket so you have to hold it which makes it very difficult to wash yr hair with only one hand. Otherwise everything was great. We did not use the hot tub.

The room had nice updates. Make sure nobody in rooms is smoking!,could smell it from mine two different times..either from next to me or below me

The location and view were perfect. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. The updated facilities were not expected for the price. This was our 6th hotel in less than two weeks and this was by far the cleanest, and nicest. The parking garage., my truck barely fit. The shower drain was very slow

They were wonderful from the moment of arrival they were very helpful and even gave me a better room. The room is very clean and spacious vaulted ceilings. Me and my hunny really enjoyed staying together there. Loved hearing the waves at night. The floors are no longer carpeted. It is all updated with laminated wood. Enjoyed our stay will return. Very well maintained very clean

Fairly accessible to the beach and the rest of Dana Point. Free parking, very nice hotel staff Tiny bathroom, AC units hung over the beds with the temp reading illuminating the room, terrible breakfast food.

Evelyn at the front desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and helpful and recommended some close dinner options. She also cooked us a wonderful breakfast the next day. Did not expect to be next to the train tracts or to have a chain link fence that prohibited us from going to the beach.
